“Amazing”
+Our stay was amazing. Gianluca and Samantha were the perfects hosts, super friendly and thoughtful. They provided us with everything with needed and were ready to help us with whatever questions we had. The surrounding area was beautiful and calm. The breakfast with homemade pastries from Samantha was incredible. Definitely recommend!

“Quality place and time.”
+Super relaxing location, close to the lake and in the middle of the woods. Owners are wonderful and super friendly. Loved spending time with them. Happy hour time with drinks every afternoon. Wonderful typical local breakfast every morning. If I have the chance, I will definitely go back again.

“Fabulous hosts in an incredible location!”
+We had the most wonderful stay at Podere Le Serre. The house and location are absolutely beautiful but what made our stay exceptional was the amazing hospitality of our lovely hosts Samantha and Gianluca. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we needed they were there to help. Also the breakfasts were fantastic - fresh mulberries and plums picked from their incredible garden, special local breads and jams, and all sorts of lovely things. We arrived feeling stressed after a long journey and left feeling thoroughly chilled and happy. We look forward to returning - GRAZIE Samantha and Gianluca!

“Wonderful personal hospitality in a stunning nature reserve location.”
+Gianluca and Samantha could not have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they could to make our stay happy, easy and memorable. We could not recommend them and the lovely Podered le Serre more highly.
−A landslide has made the property inaccessible except for down 4.5km of dirt road which is not the most convenient. But they re so lovely that it’s worth the detour!

“Alloggio dove tornare”
+La sincera e generosa ospitalità dei padroni di casa, esperti del territorio e prodighi di consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni; la colazione curata e abbondante ogni giorno,con la crescia fatta al momento; il luogo isolato e immerso nelle colline marchigiane (c'è la strada sterrata di 4 km ma dopo la prima volta ti ci abitui), il patio esterno dove rilassarsi all'aperto e al fresco.
−Le camere, essendo una casa di campagna mantenuta autentica, non hanno molto isolamento acustico.

“Cudowny pobyt w uroczym miejscu a właściciele ciepli, gościnni i tak mili że żal był odjeżdżać.”
+Cudowni właściciele, otwarci, pomocni, gościnni i chętni do rozmów i wspólnego spędzania wieczoru. Ugościli nas wspaniale. Obiekt pięknie położony. Wspaniałe widoki. Cudowna widokowo, choć za pierwszym razem nie łatwa, droga dojazdowa, która nam się finalnie bardzo podobała. Czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Doskonałe i bogate śniadanie. Wszystko super. Żałujemy że byliśmy tylko dwie noce. Na pewno wrócimy.
