“Would definitely return.”
+Property was just off the via francigena and was beautiful. Accommodations were comfortable and the pool was a perfect ending to our long day of walking.
−We had some miscommunications about the dinner cost. The dinner was fabulous but if you are a pilgrim, confirm the prix fixe menu before arriving. And confirm breakfast time to ensure you can get on the trail early.

+It was a beautiful rural location but close to Tre Croci a town with a few facilities. Very nice pool with great views. We decided to eat in and you are given a few choices for each course, very reasonably priced for great tasting quality. First class food. Our host and team were excellent at looking after us and making sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
−Nothing. Everything was excellent.

“Comfortable and quaint accommodation 40 minutes walk out of town”
+Very quaint property the rooms are little houses in the grounds. Comfortable bed. The owner spoke good English.
−Although we asked for a twin room, it was a double bed when we arrived. However, it was sorted immediately. Thank you The shower water was not hot enough. The profile information shows that the nearest restaurant is 40 minutes walk away however there is a fabulous restaurant 20 minutes walk away called La Barceri and in the other direction there is a pub and cafe 10 minutes walk.

+Beautiful property, stunning views and serene. Staff is professional. Very cute dogs!
−They're pretty transparent about extra costs but we still find it strange to have to pay extra for AC. It should be included and reflected in the preliminary cost. Also extra cost for using their dishes.
