+3rd time staying here. Very happy.
−The pipe under the basin was leaking and advise the cleaner as the floors was wet every day. Was not sorted in the time we stayed there.

“For the price I was good with the property.”
+Location is great, on the main road but no noise. The owner is very friendly and responsive.
−The property could use refurbishing to keep up with other properties in the area. The room we slept in could use a new bed and definitely a new shower head as well as looking into the water pressure. Although the price made sense for everything I just think the home could be renovated and I'd be happy to pay more for more modern finishes, new bed, new shower head etc. Unfortunately I doubt I would return under the current state of the property.

“Uncomfortable and terrible”
+Nothing
−How this accommodation could be rated an 8 is beyond me. I booked 2 specific rooms only to learn when we arrived that most of their rooms are rented to monthly contractors and therefore not generally available to the public. As the one room that they wanted to place us in was dark in daylight with the lights on, at our request they moved one of our party to a room that is normally occupied by a monthly contractor. The rooms hade a pervading odour that clung to your clothes. There were holes in the doors. Working globes are missing from most of the light fittings. The guesthouse and the rooms are run down. The floors had not been properly cleaned. There was a stain on one of the duvet covers and the pillows smelt and were either hard or flat offering no support. The place just made you feel completely uncomfortable. We will not be returning and unless all you need is a bed, a toilet that flushes and a shower that works, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

“Our circumstances changed and we left early but I was pleased not to have to stay for the whole week”
+It was In the perfect location for our needs at the time.
−There was a musty smell in the rooms. I felt the photographs were quite old and the rooms needed some update, and felt grubby.
