“Not luxury, not clean”
+A fantastic location and the arrival was easy from the central train station
−Really excited for my 25th wedding anniversary trip to Naples Upon arrival room no.3 was allocated to us, and I said right away to the host that there was a very bad smell. She said something like the reason was because it had been locked. After staying a few hours, I realized there was an issue with mold (muffa) in the room, in the private bathroom, on the walls and on the furniture, and the corners everywhere were dirty. Someone is cleaning without paying attention to details. I asked to be transferred to another room because I am allergic to mold and anyway mold isn't good generally. They suggested that all the rooms were occupied, and that they would refund the remaining balance if I decided to leave the venue! As if I hadn't planned my 25 years wedding anniversary for months, and now I should find an accomodation for the same day! I said no as they should solve this issue caused by a not good enough room that I had booked months back! after 4 days we were transferred in the room originally allocated to us, room 1. Finally we could sleep without a damp, musty odour in the room. The level of cleanliness was lacking attention to details with dirty corners although the facilities

“Negativa”
