“Deeply Dissapointing”
+I arrived at Pizzofalcone43 and immediately felt uncomfortable. Instead of a professional welcome or concierge-style check-in, I was met outside by a man named Antonio who appeared to be waiting near the entrance smoking a cigarette. The arrival experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. There was no "reception". Once inside, the property did not match the impression created by the listing. The kitchen area was messy, the apartment did not feel clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. The Wi-Fi was not working, the air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I explained that I could not stay there under those conditions and specifically asked that my booking not be cancelled in a way that would penalize me. However, my booking was cancelled and I have not received a refund. Communication was also very difficult, as no one appeared to speak English well enough to resolve the situation clearly. In my opinion, there are much better places to stay in Naples, in better locations and with more professional service. I would not recommend this property.

+Ήταν ένα πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από μέτρο, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, ευγενεστατος και μας πρότεινε ωραία μαγαζιά για φαγητό και ψώνια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με δικό του μπάνιο και στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο της κουζίνας είχε νερό, καφέ και ο, τι άλλο χρειαστείς.
−Ίσως επειδή η τοποθεσία είναι κάπως κεντρική, είχε λίγο θόρυβο.

“Ubicazione perfetta, personale attento e gentilissimo”
+Esperienza che ripeterò sicuramente in futuro sia per il personale (gentile e attento ad ogni mio bisogno) ma anche per la magnifica posizione (a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito/Palazzo reale).
−Questo è stato un errore mio, ma che segnalo affinché altre persone non incappino nello stesso inconveniente in futuro: il bagno era privato, ma esterno alla camera. Pertanto, consiglio di prestare molta attenzione durante la prenotazione. Detto ciò, sarebbe utile che all’interno della doccia ci fosse anche solo una piccola mensola su cui poter appoggiare shampoo, saponi o altri prodotti, poiché risulta piuttosto scomodo doverli tenere in mano mentre ci si lava.

+Posizione straordinaria, dietro piazza Plebiscito, raggiungibile comodamente con tutti i mezzi. Antonio molto gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno raccomandato sicuramente!

“Excelente lugar para hacer base en Nápoles”
+Excelente ubicación. Cercano a zonas turísticas. Todos los días limpiaban la habitación y dejaban agua y snacks. De 7 noches, 3 veces cambiaron las toallas. Se podía consumir libremente lo que estaba en el B&B. Su anfitrión Antonio, todos los días dejaba alguna atención para degustar, masas exquisitas, por ejemplo.
−Quizás un poco alejada de la estación de trenes y buses, pero hay cercanía al metro y a paradas de taxis, que pueden llevarte hasta allí.

+Accoglienza, disponibilità di acqua, snack, bibite, bevande calde. Antonio gentilissimo e ci anche fatto trovare una sorpresa apprezzatissima. La posizione è molto buona per visitare la città
−La porta del bagno, scorrevole, non chiude perfettamente ma lascia una fessura di 4 cm che non permette molta privacy
