“Bright and well located”
+Our room had a window and a balcony with a good view of the street. There were various lighting options, and the shutters and curtains shut the outside light out well. There was plenty of storage, and big mirrors. It was easy find and check in.
−The soap dish and toothbrush cup needed cleaning. There were a lot of cigarette ends on the balcony. The pillows were hard and the WiFi was very poor.

+Great location close to Termini train station. The cafe downstairs has the best breakfast. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious room just at advertised. Quiet hotel. Lot of storage space. Nice hot shower. Easy to access. Owner very kind and helpful.
−heating wasnt working so room was a bit cold at night, they provide duvets though. Wifi signal a bit weak.

+Quite close to the Termini train station, allowing good access to the city.
−Noise from the bar downstairs (people chatting loudly in the street outside till the early hours), an old, rickety lift to take us up to the 6th floor, and no detailed instructions about checking in (which I had to seek, myself, through an online search, prior to arrival). Poor communication from the agent, with no response to a follow-up message sent weeks in advance. The lack of basic bathroom fittings is a safety hazard. I recommend a floor mat (floor is very slippery when wet) and a shelf within the shower cubicle for items like shampoo, soap, etc.

“Consigliatissimo”
+Posizione ottima a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale e pure meno dalla metro. Zona ben servita anche di locali e di tutto quanto si possa aver necessità. 6 piano ascensore funzionante e veloce. Consigliato!
−Se "devo" trovare un difetto si sentiva anche se il vicino di stanza respirava. Ma si andava lì solo per dormire e.. siamo in vacanza, va bene così! Bagno senza detergenti, portate qualcosa da casa, ma avendo letto le recensioni sono arrivata organizzata.

“Perfekt für einen Stopp in Rom”
+Sehr zentrale Lage, in ca. 6-7 min von Termini aus zu Fuß zu erreichen; späte Anreise war kein Problem. Mein Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet aber vollkommen in Ordnung und sauber; freundlicher Empfang und nicht zuletzt ein sehr günstiges Angebot -- alles in allem zu empfehlen vor einen kurzen Stopp in Rom

+Está muy cerquita de la estación termini.Alejada del bullicio para poder relajarte. Debajo del alojamiento tienes donde desayunar o tomarte algo y una restaurante para cenar o almuerzo económico. La habitación es amplia y el anfitrión es un señor muy amable

−Douche trop petite
