“Excellent location close to everything”
+We had a lovely stay! The bedroom was spacious, clean, high-ceiling and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the city center, Duomo, tram stops and train station. The communal area was also welcoming and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was lovely of Giuseppe for greeting us personally at check-in.
−Having to leave the bedroom and take a key every time we needed to access the bathroom was a little inconvenient, especially when sharing the communal space with other guests. I thought we had booked for the room with balcony and private bathroom which means it's not external. It would be helpful to receive the check-in details a little earlier to help plan for arrival time,. The early morning rubbish collection is understandable and beyond the host’s control, but light sleepers may notice the noise.

“Good location and comfortable”
+The room is part of an old apartment that has been converted into several guest rooms. The room we stayed in, “Balcony”, had a private bathroom, while the other rooms share a bathroom in the common area. There were plenty of snacks available. The location is excellent, close to the train station and within easy reach of the city centre. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also very good.
−The signage could be improved, as there were only a few small, easy-to-miss stickers, although we eventually found our way. Since the property is a former apartment with several rooms, noise or the presence of other guests in the shared areas can sometimes be a little inconvenient.

+It is a bit of a weird set up you have your own toilet and shower but it is outside your room the room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the stay. You are in a shared set up where you share a kitchen we loved it but not for everyone and you have an oven and fridge if you need it.
−Nothing we loved it lovely set up and the lift is amazing

+The balcony room that we had was fabulous. High ceiling and freshly painted it was very comfortable. So close to the railway station but amazingly quiet.

+The location and the set up of the kitchen area was very well put together.
−The twin room was smaller than a dorm room but the 2 double rooms were an excellent size.
