“Beautiful hotel in a super location”
+The room was absolutely exceptional! We were on the ground floor so seconds away from reception, the restaurant and the pool. As a couple without children it was also away enough from family rooms so we didn't hear any noise. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the cleaners did an outstanding job. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi bath tub - was huge! Also really liked the egg counter at breakfast - lots of options for different styles with various extras in it. The location is terrific, within the old town and very close to the main sights.
−It would be good if the bar was open later. Sometimes after an evening out it would be nice to have a beer or wine on the terrace or sat by the pool but that wasn't possible (but there is a nine eleven close by to do so instead!)

“Wonderful staff, beautiful room and environment. Excellent breakfasts.”
+This is a beautiful hotel with so much character and great facilities. We loved the swimming pool area with the gorgeous plants. Our room, with balcony, was spacious and the breakfasts were awesome. The staff were wonderful.

+The rooms were large as was our bathroom. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location and could walk to some really good places. We would definitely recommend The Pingviman Hotel and would stay here again!

“We left after one night and adored PAI VILLAGE HOTEL nearby. Sensational.”
+The room was ok. The view was good.
−The receptionist welcome was " There is no record of your booking". Always a bad start. No bulb in the bedside light. No batteries in the safe so unusable. No restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast not good (delivered on a tray - time and food ordered the night before so if you slept longer, your coffee and eggs sat cold outside your door etc. ). This is for backpackers only.

+Great location in the old town, friendly and very helpful staff. Good swimming pool and good breakfast.
−All good. Bathrooms are probably due for a deeper clean.

“Excellent Thai Oasis!”
+The staff were welcoming and attentive we had a small issue with our water temperature and aircon but they quickly resolved the issue. The food service we were able to attend was excellent. We were able to book airport transport through the hotel which was excellent.
−I would have been nice to have an earlier breakfast time as we had many tours that started at 7:00 am which was the time breakfast started so we had to source alternative options as many food places near by didn’t open. However this is a minor issue which may not affect everyone.
