“It was a nightmare”
+The location because it’s near to burnham but nothing else
−We had an unpleasant experience during our stay at the hotel. The restroom was particularly problematic as the bidet wasn't functioning properly. Additionally, the staff were unaccommodating and struggled with effective communication with customers. We were charged 200 pesos per head per hour for an extension, which seemed excessive. To make matters worse, the cleaners were knocking on our door for nearly 30 minutes while we were asleep, causing a significant disturbance. After checking out, we realized that my friend's phone had been left behind in the hotel room. When I called the receptionist, we were asked to provide proof of ownership, which we found unnecessary as there are simpler ways to verify ownership. Upon arriving back at the hotel to retrieve the phone, we were instructed to go to the room ourselves to get it, instead of having the staff retrieve it for us. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
