“Will not stay again and do not recommend”
+The staff did attempt to make the stay better by allowing us to use a fan in the room they had in storage, they tried to accommodate the room temperature by adjusting it down one notch. There was an additional refrigerator/freezer we used for our ice cream, that was nice to have nearby our room.
−The room was hot - The air was stagnant, there was no air flow/circulation happening, despite the staff attempting to adjust the air - she said it was on 68 and she bumped it down to 67, but we still cracked the window and used a fan, even with it being 50 degrees outside, the room still felt like flat air and extremely quiet inside the room itself, the walls are paper-thin and other guests and staff members would let the doors slam behind them which kept us awake at all hours of the morning and disturbed us at night, there is nowhere to walk your pet if you have one, we brought our service dog with us - he goes everywhere with my wife, and we had to take him a couple miles up the road to McDonald's during the 2 night stay, for him to actually be able to potty. I did let the staff members know my opinion and first impression upon staying in the room, so this should come as no surprise, but my wife and I travel quite a bit together and I will say, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays we have had. Between all I have disclosed already and the bed - which was 2 mattresses on top of each other, the top one seemed to be a full size, not a queen, sitting on top of a queen mattress

“It was horrible from the moment I arrived & had to trudge my belongings up a long flight of stairs.”
+NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING.
−I didn't like being given a room that hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. Then I had to move to another room. The new room had a bed that didn't have a mattress.....it had stacked mattress toppers. TOO SOFT. I sank into the bed so had to sleep on the folding couch. Woke up with a horrible headache and neck pain. NO BLANKET only a flimsy, poor excuse of a comforter. Had to sit sideways on the oily toilet seat to avoid kissing the sink. Stood on the side of the sink to brush my teeth. No counter space. No table light. No alarm clock. No convenient place to plug in my electronics. No work desk. Wobbly headboard. The tv did not face the bed. Not senior citizen friendly. No curtains. No rugs....only wood floors that don't absorb the noise from noisy neighbors. What a joke. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I do NOT recommend this place.
