+Location of nearest bus stop . Price was good as compared to other properties
−This property was Average. Spell from utensils were awful . The are old and in very bad condition for cooking. Main light was not available and nobody understand English so it becomes difficult to communicate. Room was in basement so no prior information was provided . main entrance light was also not working .

+I liked this place because it was near from Metro, restaurants and bars.
−Automatic keys because 3 keys is a little confused one to open the front door, another to the kitchen and one more to open the bedroom is too many keys.
