“Short stay. Lovely host and house! Close enough to Rome city centre via metro”
+Our host was very welcoming and explained everything from location of facilities and how to use everything. The house was very clean and you they are house proud. They live in the property, which is nice as if you had an issue they were contactable by watsapp or in the apartment. The communication was very clear weeks before up until the day of departure. The location is great; away from the hustle of Rome city centre but close enough on the metro.
−I had a few mosquito bites, but this is my fault as we had the window open and the light on. Lesson learnt. The room does get very hot, but you are provided with a fan which helped. I would have liked two form pillows, but this is personal preference, and everyone is different. This did not stop us from having s comfortable sleep.

+Very nice place, clean and tidy. Good connection with the rest of the city via metro. Owner very friendly and helpful, gave a lot of transportation tips for us. Strongly recommend, excellent place and not expensive in nice part of the city.

+Good location in a neighborhood outside the overcrowded historic city center, yet still very central, with an alternative, student-oriented, left-leaning vibe. Close to both the metro and tram lines. The room, kitchen, and bathroom are all very well equipped. Communication with the owner is easy, and he is quick to address any issues or maintenance problems that may arise.

“Un buon soggiorno, grazie anche al ragazzo che alloggia lì”
+Pulizia eccellente, anche oltre i miei standard; mi si chiedeva un rispetto perfetto degli ambienti comuni, che non ho neanche a casa mia. Più che buoni anche gli accessori utili per la cucina e per mangiare: un bel frigo, cucina arredata e con vari elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Utile anche il ventilatore in stanza, che preferisco al condizionatore.
−Abbiamo discusso parecchio per quanto riguarda i bagagli: avrei avuto necessità di lasciarli in sede appena arrivato a Roma e dopo il check-out. Sarebbe stato a pagamento (e questo lo accetto, perché qualcuno dello staff sarebbe dovuto essere in sede apposta per me); ma quando ho chiesto a che ora sarebbero stati lì per pulire la stanza dopo il check-out precedente (quindi senza recarvisi apposta per me) non hanno risposto alla domanda (e non capisco perché); hanno risposto che dovevano mangiare e che di più non riuscivano a fare. Altra piccola pecca è il Wi-Fi debole, ma ho ovviato usando il mio telefono come hotspot.

+Very clean, close the bus and metro stations and the area is nice and chill. The host is really nice and made sure that I have everything I need. Really recommend if you are traveling alone.
