+A great location with plenty of parking around. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The host was very nice and attentive, she was easy to get a hold of any time.
−The shower takes a while to get hot if at all but overall the stay was great.

“Nice rooms with awful stairway”

−The stairway was awful, like something from a horror movie. We asked for an early check-in (just 2 hours earlier), but were told it was impossible because the room needed to be cleaned. However, when we arrived to leave our bags, we noticed the room was already clean, yet they still didn’t allow us to use it earlier.

“Soggiorno piacevole”
+Struttura situata in una posizione comoda, dietro l’università di giurisprudenza Federico II, a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro Università, quindi perfetta per spostarsi con i mezzi, ma anche a piedi, con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il Maschio angioino. Arredamento molto carino, moderno e camera insonorizzata rispetto all’esterno. Bagno comodo e pulito, tutto funzionante. Diversamente da quanto indicato in altre recensioni, la zona è tranquilla e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di indicazioni, i parcheggiatori vicini sono stati molto disponibili nell’aiutarci.
−Migliorabile il servizio colazione, soprattutto considerato che si tratta di un bed and breakfast, pertanto ci aspettavamo una colazione variegata e abbondante, da poter fare in loco in assoluta comodità e con disponibilità continua tra le 8 e le 10. In realtà è possibile scegliere 1 bevanda e 1 dolce tra quelli proposti dall’host, che possono essere consegnati e consumati in struttura direttamente dal bar convenzionato oppure andando direttamente al bar, che però è parecchio distante (20 min a piedi). Quest’ultima opzione potrebbe essere scomoda, se si ha necessità di tornare in camera dopo colazione o se si deve andare verso una direzione opposta rispetto a quella del bar. Sarebbe stato carino avere maggiore comunicazione con l’host (che non abbiamo mai conosciuto) pre partenza, in quando avevamo necessità di informazioni riguardo il trasporto da/per l’aeroporto, più volte richieste sia via Booking.com che scrivendo direttamente su whatsapp, ma senza ricevere riscontro.

+Struttura molto bella e accogliente. Pulita, profumata, ordinata. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare Napoli perché vicino la metro linea 1. Staff super disponibile.
−Unica pecca l’ingresso poco “accogliente”, senza ascensore. Per il resto tutto ok, la camera molto bella!
