“Spacious luxury, top-notch dining, and unmatched hospitality”
+We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food quality and variety were fantastic. The facilities were beautiful and hotel management clearly thought of every detail. I particularly enjoyed watching the sun rise above the ocean from the comfort of our room terrace. A big "thank you" to Mr. Sayed for his care and support, which truly made our stay special. I would definitely stay here again.

+We had a great stay, the hotel is clean, the entire staff is very helpful and kind. The spa offers great treatments. The management really cares about your wellbeing, they are very helpful.
−Since we are not smoking for us it was very bothering that smoking is allowed inside the lobby bar. The pastry bar is located there as well and it is very inconvenient to eat sweets while someone is someking next to you.

+The hotel beach has beautiful sand, and both the beach and the sea were absolutely stunning. The water temperature was very pleasant. A huge praise goes to the staff at the beach bar! They were extremely hardworking, incredibly friendly, and always remembered our favorite drinks. We are very picky eaters, but we always found something good to eat. The food variety at Alfredo, Culina and East & West was good (8,5/10). Another big thanks to the friendly man at the fruit bar in Culina Restaurant! Along with the beach bar team, he is simply the best and always welcomed us with a massive smile. The absolute best experience of our holiday was at the hotel's diving club. The diving trip was amazing and totally worth the money. It was a unique experience. The hotel is very well-equipped, and everything was incredibly clean. From our room, the pool, and the beach, to the restaurants and public restrooms - it was absolutely spotless everywhere. The animation team was very friendly and tried their best. My wife is sometimes quite shy, but they were very sweet and helped her join the activities, which we liked. We also tried the spa area, where they offered a small 45-minute spa tour (15 minut
−The Golden Lounge was disappointing. It had a very small choice of food, and eating at a buffet restaurant (Alfredo, Culina, etc.) would have been much better. The quality of the food overall was acceptable (6,5/10). The organization of the Entertainment-Team needs to be better. They changed the program schedule overnight without warning. Because of this, we missed an activity we really wanted to do, since we had already booked our diving trip that day. Also, some Entertainment members didn't know the schedule and gave us wrong information about the upcoming events.

“Amazing Stay”
+Amazing stay - 10/10! We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Blu Spa! Despite the size of the resort and the number of guests, everything is extremely well organised. The food is excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly, attentive and professional. A huge congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such high standards. Highly recommended!
