“The worst place I have ever stayed.”
+Location, nothing else
−Mold on the walls, bad smell, no possibilty to get fresh air into the room, fueniture, walls, doors really run down. At 3.30 a.m. at night, someone was ringing at the door 10 times, in regular intervals until 5.30 a.m. When we left in the morning, someone was sleeping in front of the appartment door on the stairs. We could not lock the door if the appartment. A disgusting place that can nit be recommended at all. I spare you the photos we took.

+The location is excellent,it's very central.
−Due to the lack of air conditioning, it is extremely hot,32-35°C,even at night, making it impossible to rest or sleep. The room had a stale, unpleasant odor and had only been cleaned superficially. Noise from the neighbors carries easily, and during our stay, we happened to have very noisy neighbors. Because of these issues, we changed accommodation after four days; we simply couldn't stand it anymore

“El lugar está bien y muy bien ubicado, pero tiene algunas deficiencias que muestran algo de descuido”
+El personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar, incluso nos habilitaron el check-in un poco antes de lo acordado (por un pedido nuestro) / el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, inmejorable en ese sentido / las camas son cómodas / buen baño / muy limpio
−las 4 sillas blancas (plásticas) de la cocina están todas (las 4) rotas, en diversos grados; por suerte estaban las plegables de madera / los picaportes de una habitación y del baño están flojos de un lado / una de las habitaciones no tenía mantas extra, lo resolvimos con una manta (o tela similar) de la otra habitación / la presentación de las habitaciones en la oferta nos resultó algo "engañosa": cuando investigaba para reservar, había 2 opciones: "Habitación Doble Estándar" y "Habitación Doble, con baño compartido". Esos títulos daban a entender que la Estándar era con baño privado; es cierto que leyendo luego el texto, en "Servicios" dice "baño compartido". Fue mi error no haber leído eso, pero de todos modos el título es "misleading" / las habitaciones no podían oscurecerse, ya que las cortinas opacas (azules) no cubren la totalidad; por otra parte en una de las habitaciones, una de las cortinas tiene una punta caída

“Bari meravigliosa, la struttura mahhh”

−Il fatto di non sapere che era un appartamento condiviso compreso un bagno. La biancheria di ricambio dei letti è rimasta stesa tutto il tempo del soggiorno senza essere ritirata e stirata.

+Lokalizacja, czystość. Dobry na krótki pobyt.
−W nocy było zimno, do przykrycia tylko prześcieradło, brak koca. Codziennie znikające jedzenie z lodówki, ktoś zabierał moje jedzenie:;/ Jedna łazienka połączona z toaletą na wszystkie pokoje.
