+Great location and accommodating owner they opened for us at 2 am, as our flight was delayed. Self service breakfast option with fruit. Well equipped kitchen.
−Definitely a renovation, the shower door was barely working and there's a bit of humidity with tiny warms in the bathroom.

“Great location, simple accommodation, and a nice stay!”
+The place is simple but charming and good value for money. The location is great, right on the little square where the beautiful Teatro Bellini is located, in a typical old Sicilian building. Just keep in mind that it’s on the third floor and there’s no lift. The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, and there’s a shared balcony. The staff are also really friendly and welcoming.
−The bathroom has a persistent noise from the plumbing after using the toilet or shower. It can be a bit annoying, although the noise eventually stops after a while.

−It is on the third-fourth floor, no elevator. The room and house facilities are quite old. It is not the center anymore, but very close to ~5min walk.

+Gianluca was very helpful and kind. We were able to leave our bags and come back for them later. This let us tour around until we had to leave on the afternoon train worry free. We also liked how it had a homey feel. Even though we shared the kitchen and terrace, it felt like we were in a home instead of a hotel.

“Location and great staff”
+Staff were super kind and friendly. Best location, walking distance to everywhere. For sure We Will be back if we are back in Catania.
−Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we stayed two nights and had a good rest.

+Wszędzie blisko. Śniadania typowo włoskie, kawa (nawet zbożowa) herbata, owoce dostępne. Codziennie sprzątane.

+B&B très bien situé sur la place du Théâtre Bellini, à 10 minutes à pied de la piazza del duomo. Chambre rénovée mais un peu sombre. Bon rapport qualité prix.
−Deux étages sans ascenseur, cela peut être problématique pour certaines personnes. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste mais il y a d'excellents café sur la place. Le lit n'était pas très agréable

+B and B situé en plein centre de Catane sur la petite place de l'opéra, à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Grande chambre rénovée un peu sombre. Bon rapport qualité prix.
