“It’s amazing home stay”
+We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Homestay. The hospitality was excellent, and the property was beautifully decorated with unique artworks. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were very clean and hygienic. The peaceful ambience and spacious lounge made it a perfect place to relax. The location is also excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Varkala Beach and close to major attractions. I had visited their previous property as well, but this new property is even better in terms of comfort, ambience, and overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varkala!

+I had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Homestay in Varkala 🌴, where I spent one night and a day. The experience was truly pleasant and memorable 😊. Azru, the owner and guide, was incredibly kind, helpful, and trustworthy,he delivered exactly what was promised in the property’s description 🤝. The homestay is also very budget-friendly 💸, which makes it an even better choice for travelers. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained 🧼✨. Special mention to the chechi who ensured everything was kept neat and tidy throughout my stay 🙏. One of my favorite spots was the lounge at the top of the property,it was so peaceful and perfect for relaxing 🌿🌅. Another highlight was the nearby Mamachi’s breakfast counter 🍽️, where I had a homely and mouthwatering breakfast 😋. I tried steam cake with fish curry, and it was absolutely authentic and delicious 🐟🥥. I genuinely loved staying here ❤️, and whenever I visit Varkala again, I will definitely choose Phoenix Homestay 🏡. I would also happily recommend this place to my friends and family 👨👩👧👦. A big thank you to Azru for providing such a great experience 🙌!

“Great value, ideal homestay”
+Owner is super helpful and nice, ask him anything. So close to black sand beach Quiet, less touristy area Kitchen is great, house is always clean and well kept. Local breakfast next door at a family house/ cafe. Cute cats around in the back Big bed, hot water.

“Azru is a friendly young man who is always there to cater for our needs. The homestay is clean.”
+The homestay looks new, it is well maintained, nice and clean, there is a spacious, shared living room with a dining table, access to the kitchen and fridge. We could park the car in the front yard. Our room was about 4 by 4 metres, hot water came instantly, the shower worked properly, the fan had 4 positions, the sheets were spotlessly clean.
