−The hotel staff did not provide an extra bed because we reached the hotel late and could not remind them in time. They should have been proactive in providing the bed. The hotel staff was also short with us when we expressed our frustration

+We had a family room on the first line to the beach. Also, the beach was very nice, with shades from trees. The pool is also very nice. We had an amazing stay.

+Unfortunately, our stay at Phi Phi Villa Resort was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We booked a Family Suite, but the room was extremely small for a family. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, and certainly not what we expected from something advertised as a “Family Suite.” The bathroom was another major issue. The toilet was broken and the overall condition of the bathroom was poor. These are basic things that should be properly maintained in any resort. Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited and the quality was poor. For the price and category of the resort, we expected a significantly better breakfast. What really left us with a bad final impression happened at check-out. We were told that we had to pay 200 THB just to have our luggage taken to the port. After staying at the resort as a family, asking guests for an additional payment simply to transport their luggage to the port felt petty and very poor in terms of hospitality. This was particularly surprising because luggage assistance between the resort and pier appears to be a normal part of the guest experience. It made the check-out experience feel more focused on collecting an
