“Very nice hotel and staff but expensive add on”

+Clean, nice, quiet very organized , specialy food was soo good,well maintained hygiene. Stuffs are very very nice friendly and well behaved specially Tang , mint …guy from the bar they are amazing ..everyone is soo nice and polite I’ll definitely gonna stay again 💕

“A deeply disappointing stay with unreliable internet, poor customer service, uncomfortable accommodation, and a complete”
+The beachfront location and sunset views were beautiful. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the poor service and other serious problems during our stay.
−I genuinely do not understand why this resort has such high ratings. The Wi-Fi did not work, and the mobile hotspot provided was too unreliable to use. We had to spend around an hour walking through the forest to Viewpoint 2 to access the internet and arrange our travel plans. When it became dark, we asked the resort for a pickup because we were afraid to walk back through the forest, but they quoted THB 300 per person. We eventually had to seek help from a local resident, and nobody from the resort even checked whether we had returned safely. The manager’s attitude was very disappointing, and we felt our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. We were also assigned one of the smallest and darkest bungalows. Despite apparently having vacant bungalows, the resort refused to let us move, even when we offered to pay extra. The air conditioner directly above the bed made us cold at night, and when we requested an extra blanket, we were given a bedsheet instead. The resort’s remote location also makes excursions inconvenient and expensive, as longtail boat transfers to Tonsai Pier cost THB 150 per person each way, and the boat schedule does not align well with many tours. +The location was phenomenal. Snorkelling right from the beachfront. The staff were kind and generous, even offering to show the children how to make delicious smoothies. The fire show was breathtaking. Phi Phi Relax truly delivers on its name. Would come again in a heartbeat.

+We had the most amazing stay here for 3 nights, we genuinely could not recommend this resort enough. Excellent value for money. The resort organised a boat trip for us to see Maya Bay, Monkey Beach and lovely sights. It was so secluded and private. The staff were amazing, too and so so friendly.

“Magique”
+Un véritable petit paradis, loin de la foule et de l’agitation touristique de Koh Phi Phi ! L’endroit est idyllique, avec de petites cabanes perchées dans les hauteurs offrant une vue magnifique sur l’océan. Se réveiller le matin face à la mer et prendre sa douche avec cette vue est une expérience incroyable. Le cadre naturel, entouré de jungle avec des singes aux alentours, est exceptionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et accueillant. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre, se relaxer et se sentir presque seuls au monde, loin du tourisme de masse. Un cadre magnifique et inoubliable !
−Le gros point négatif est la présence de moustiques, vraiment très nombreux. Même avec du répulsif, ils restent omniprésents et rendent le séjour assez contraignant. La connexion Internet était également mauvaise dans notre bungalow (numéro 55), ce qui nous obligeait à descendre régulièrement au bar. Enfin, l’endroit est assez isolé, sans supérette à proximité, ce qui oblige à manger au restaurant. Les prix sont un peu plus élevés qu’ailleurs en Thaïlande. L’isolement contribue au charme du lieu, mais il faut en être conscient avant de réserver.
