“I would come back any time🙂”
+The staff was awesome! Super friendly and helpful at any time thats what brings me to give a 10 here. I also really can recommend the food. The rooms were big and also the shower had a lot a space. The pool also was nice and the view over the ocean from nearly any space at the resort is also incredible. If you search for silence and a place to recover without trouble you are at the perfect spot.

“Nice area, good views, maybe a bit dated.”
+The views from the proprty were amazing. The pool was nice. Very serene environment far from others. However, some issues with the views as the trees were untrimmed
−I understand it’s a property surrounded by nature, but I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, there was no properly hot water in the shower. Finally, the transportation (water taxi) broke down in the middle of the initial pickup and we had to wait on the water for 30+min. Overall, the property felt a bit dated.

+The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and full of charm. The smell of the wooden chalets was amazing and created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our room was also super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
−The only downside was the location. The hotel was quite far from the main port, so every time we wanted to take a boat trip to the nearby islands, we had to arrange a ferry, which was quite expensive. If you want a quiet vacation, this is very good choice.

+Everything!!!! You are just founding yourself in a paradise,the view is 1000/10, stuff kind and gentle,clean and cosy everything , it’s like from photos of instagram even better
−Close to beach which is calm and nice,close to village about 8 minutes by foot,there you can find traditional restaurants and amazing bars,beach bar with live music etc

“Great chalet resort with a 180deg sea views - a real bit of paradise on Phi Phi Don island.”
+Environmentally aesthetic chalet resort that blended in well with the natural vegetation. Very comfortable and spacious chalet, with a fantastic sea view. A great coral reef directly in front of the resort, with direct access from the beach. The resort provided complimentary snorkelling gear and kayaks. Authentic Thai food that was of a high standard at the resort, with a small village only 10mins walk away. An overall highlight was the friendliness and quality of all the staff, in particular Beem. We already look forward to our next visit to Phi Phi Phu Chalet Resort.

+Access to the beach for snorkelling was amazing. Very short walk into town for restaurants and fun. The food at the chalet was fantastic. The view from the room was unrivalled.

“A little slice of paradise - peaceful, relaxing and surrounded by breathtaking scenery.”
+What we loved most was how peaceful the resort felt. Set amongst the trees, each chalet had a real sense of privacy while still being just a short walk from all the facilities. The main buildings are beautifully constructed from natural round timber and are open to the sea, giving them a lovely rustic feel that blends perfectly with the surroundings. The location is fantastic - right on the beach - but the real highlight is the view. Waking up to the turquoise sea, dramatic limestone cliffs and lush greenery was unforgettable. It really is one of those places where you find yourself stopping just to admire the scenery. What really made this place special was the people. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always greeting us with a smile and doing everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. During our stay the maintenance team were carrying out some repairs, but it was done thoughtfully and never felt intrusive or affected our enjoyment of the resort.
−It’s a great place so there wasn’t much to improve let alone dislike. . As this was our first stop in Thailand, we were a little surprised that toilet paper couldn’t be flushed and had to be placed in the bin instead. We soon realised this is common in many parts of Thailand, so it wasn’t really a fault of the resort. It certainly wouldn’t stop us returning, but it’s worth knowing in advance if it’s your first visit to the country.

“A holiday to remember.”
+Was nice and we enjoyed. The location was good. They helped us with luggage. Respectful.very kind men. The reception lady was very nice and humble. Welcomed us nicely. Tour was good. They provided fruits and water, I think was nice of them. The room was very beautiful and nice view. The water was so clean and we swam every day. Food was good, the most of it. Atmosphere all in all was nice.
−Apparently they found a scorpion in the pool. That was scary. One lady was hurrying us with food. She actually took my sister's plate while she was eating. She paused, and the lady came took it away. I understand the timing with orders and closing of kitchen, but even when we came a little earlier was same. We just let it slide. Because she was "nice," just her working pace was a little too much. No time.i always felt like I was always rushed. They should warn people about the mosquitoes, and also with sharp rocks in the water when you go swimming. I got cut because the stones are too sharp. Maybe also offer shoes for that for people to purchase, or have it explained while booking. Or even give a warning.
