+This was not a nice place to stay. It is more like a 20 minute walk from the pier up a steep hill! It was not clean, the beds didn't push together and the room has 3 singles when we booked a double. All the sheets had stains on them and only had 1 sheet and a thick blanket which was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, it was a wet room which was mouldy and dirty. The shower only worked on cold and didn't have a holder so you had to hold it to shower properly. The worse thing was the air conditioning which only worked for 1 hour at a time and then needed resetting so we was awake every hour too hot I would not recommend staying he of the night too ho! unless on a very tight budget and even then I would stay in a hostel instead!

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”
+We didn’t actually end up staying at the place for our honeymoon as we spent an hour trying to find this place whiles it poured down with rain. The location on the hotels.com map was not where the place was and we had to walk up steal slopes for a further 20 minutes to find where it actually was. On arrival at this location we were not greeted by anyone, the place was deserted and there was no one to be seen for the half hour we waited there. I would highly recommend hotels.com to take this property off there website so no more people have to suffer this abysmal place.

“Excellent value for money for backpackers!”
+Nice place for backpackers! - friendly staff, good bed, flushing toilet and good shower(!). However, it is as far away from center as you can get, and a bit steep/long walk to get there. Was not a problem for us but if you come to Phi Phi to party hard, perhaps a hotel closer to the center is better(?) We enjoyed our stay and our expectations for a clean bed, A/C, good bathroom and quiet surroundings were met. WiFi was also good. Seriously good value for money. PS. We were there in low/rainy season.
