+It was great to go hiking to the viewpoint with my dog. Sheets were comfortable, AC worked fine. Workers were always available. They provided fresh water bottles after two days.
−The hot water didn’t work at first, so it needed fixing. The tab was also leaking. I suppose a small fridge in each room would also be great for comfort.

+Air conditioning, more traditional, ideal for back packers, good value.
−No fridge, shower squirted everywhere, wooden floor felt insecure

−⚠️ SAFETY CONCERNS - READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ I want to share my experience at this property to help future guests make an informed decision. SAFETY ISSUE 🐒 Upon arriving at our room, we were immediately confronted by wild monkeys. This was not a distant sighting , the animals were directly at our room and posed a real safety risk. This was never mentioned anywhere on the listing, and no warning or guidance was provided by staff. If you are travelling with children or have any concerns about wildlife, please be aware of this before booking. ROOM CONDITION The room looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The actual condition was significantly below what was advertised , the images on the listing are misleading and do not reflect reality. CUSTOMER SERVICE When we raised these issues and requested a cancellation and refund, our concerns were not adequately addressed. I have reported both the safety issue and the misrepresentation to Booking.com formally. I would strongly recommend future guests to review carefully before booking this property. Safety should always come first, and guests deserve accurate information about where they are staying. - A guest who wants others to be i

+The hotel refused to check us in to give us clean and safe accommodation. The asked us to cancel which was not possible. We had then to find an emergency accommodation at 8 pm. paying each 3000 THB (100 USD ) per person. This place should not be at this platform. Absolutely unprofessional/unsafe. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!! Unfortunately booking is also not reacting to my messages!!!! Very bad !!!!

“We never felt rested and did not sleep well”
−The mattress was the wrong way up, our door couldn’t close properly, the step going into the bathroom was to steep. The resort was to far from the town and a very steep walk back and the pool was dirty over all very disappointing, but the staff were helpful
