“It was okay in total..”
+The restaurants and housekeeping crew are very friendly.
−1. The receptionist are unfriendly. That is the negative in this hotel.. 2. There are a lot of mosquitoes especially on the bungalow area 3. A lot of people offering a lot of tours, massage, spa etc. It is annoying that they are coming to offer a lot, and no privacy and peace…

“Lovely relaxing three week break.”
+All relaxed and friendly. Clean. Lovely staff.
−Everything good …. Suggestion would be families with children to have evening meals between 5-7pm then it would help the busy restaurant with adults only 7-9pm. The lovely large swimming pool could have steps in added at one side of the pool and slope on the other side. The steps and slope could be designed and pre built and put into the pool so that the pool did not have to be emptied.

“Great Holiday Experience at Pharaoh Azur Resort!”
+We had a really enjoyable stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort! The resort offers a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing holiday, with a beautiful beach, clear sea, fun activities, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day. One of the things we enjoyed most was the beach. The sea is beautiful, and the small coral reefs and colorful fish make snorkeling a lovely experience. It's a great place to relax by the water and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea. The animation team also deserves credit for keeping the atmosphere lively, especially around the swimming pool. The daytime activities are enjoyable, and the evening shows and parties were among our favorite parts of the holiday. There's always something fun to look forward to! 🎉 The food was good overall, with a nice variety of options. There is still a little room for improvement in the taste and seasoning of certain dishes, particularly. A little more flavour and authentic Egyptian seasoning would make them even better. I also think the à la carte restaurants, especially the Oriental restaurant, could offer a more distinctive experience compared to the main restaurant. Adding more authentic dishes and special touches would make dining there
−A few things could be improved to make the overall experience even better: * The taste and seasoning of some food items, especially the kofta and pizza, could be improved with more flavour and authentic Egyptian spices. * The à la carte restaurants, particularly the Oriental restaurant, could offer a more special and distinctive dining experience compared to the main restaurant . * Billiards should ideally be included in the all-inclusive package without an extra charge. * Separate, clearly distinguishable glasses for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks would be a thoughtful touch for guests who don't drink alcohol . * Offering freshly prepared Egyptian chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches by the beach would be a fantastic addition. These are only minor suggestions, as we genuinely enjoyed our stay and believe that these improvements could make the resort even better.

“A Wonderful Holiday at Pharaoh Azur Resort ❤️🌴”
+We had a really lovely stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort! Honestly, we enjoyed our holiday a lot, and what made it special was not just the beautiful beach, the activities, or the food, but above all, the people working there. You can really feel the effort they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to some truly amazing people! ❤️ First, a big thank you to Ali Mohamed, the beach towel attendant. Ali is a genuinely respectful, kind, and helpful person. His attitude and the way he treats guests are exceptional. He always leaves a great impression, and people like him really make a difference in the overall holiday experience. He deserves all the appreciation! Another big thank you to Mohamed Felix from the animation team. He creates such a great atmosphere around the swimming pool and brings so much positive energy to the place. The animation team in general did a fantastic job, and we especially loved the evening shows and parties. However, I think there is still some room to make the food even better, especially when it comes to the taste and seasoning of certain dishes. For example, the kofta and pizza could be improved. Adding more flavour, better seasoning, and a little more of that delicious Egyptian touch would make a real difference! 🇪🇬 Sometimes, it's not just about the quality of the ingredients, but also the spices and the way the food is prepared that make a dish truly delicious. One idea I would absolutely love to see is a fresh Egyptian shawarma station by the beach, serving both chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches. Imagine enjoying a proper Egyptian shawarma while sitting by the sea! . I'm sure this would be a huge hit with guests and would add something really special to the resort. A few suggestions that could make the experience even better: I personally don't think billiards should come with an extra charge at an all-inclusive resort. “Nice short stay it will be repeated again”
+The check in was very fast , within 15 minutes , we arrived at 12:30 PM , we received the room cards at 12:45 PM , I think the responsible person name was Yehia regardless that we arrived earlier than the official check in time & the hotel is fully booked (Mashaa Allah) , but Yehia even showed us the hotel Map & allowed us to select two bungalows The Lunch location is amazing at the beach restaurant , the lunch is normal , not fantastic but fine can fulfill your needs but it can contains more varieties especially for the salades , few kinds of salads , during lunch & dinner , it should be improved. Abd Elrahman fathy from the reception was following us every day through the phone to be sure that everything is going well , until check out finally we meet him , very nice & helpful guy, the beach & sea are amazing , the guards are very active & helpful , they always clean the stairs to avoid any slippage for the guests & they are always exist from 8 am till 6 , while the sunset was at 6:20 pm but they let you enjoy the beach & sea till the last moment The housekeeping guy in our area called Abd Elrahman , he was very nice , cooperative , we never search for him , he always find us and
−Mosquitoes in the bungalows during night , it's highly recommended to put one killer device in each bungalow Some of the bar men , not smiling , serving you annoyed &, create long line for no meaning , may be he is alone & work for long time , but the beach bar should include at least 2 smiley persons. we called the reception twice , to send the golf car , one time he said ok & close the phone without any feedback , even he didn't send the golf car , 2nd time in another day he said ok & closed the phone quickly , but he send the golf car. More varieties for the food , and salads , very poor , any restaurant serve 10-12 types of salads , so it's normal for hotel restaurant to serve more salads. It's highly recommended to install handrail at the bungalow entrance beside the 3 steps to support old guests.

“Ailecek konaklanacak keyifli bir otel”
+Resepsiyondaki Abdullahrehman Bey çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü bir beyefendiydi erken geldiğimiz için check in de bize yardımcı oldu. Yemekler gayet çeşitli ve et ağırlıklı bir Türk olarak asla aç kalmadım . Rus ve alman turist ağırlıklı bir otel asla aşırı hareketler veya rahatsız eden birileri olmadı gerçekten tam bir aile yeri. Hergun telefondan nasılsınız bir sorun var mı her şey yolunda mı diye bizi aradılar . Daha sonra eğlence ekibi gayet iyiydi hepsi çok genç ve sempatikler asla rahatsız edici değillerdi. Showlarında gayet eğlendik . Otelin denizi cok geniş bi resiflere sahip çok güzel balıklar vardı akvaryum gibi çok zevk aldık . Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü yardım sever kesinlikle bir daha gelirim.

Sahilde bize tekne turu satan beyefendi her şey içinde dedi fakat orange Bay ‘e gittiğimizde büyük bottan inip küçük botla geçmemiz gerekiyormuş bu da rezervasyon yapılması gereken bir şeymiş ve kişi başı 10 Euroymus. Bunu turda öğrendik hali hazırda zaten tur için 5 bin tl ödemiştik neden 1 dakikalık karşıya geçmek için verelim ki 10 Euro vermedik geçmedik de uzaktan baktık . Eksik bilgi verdi çünkü bize yanımızda para yoktu fakat yine de küçük bota binmek için 10 Euro vermek mantıklı gelmedi . Tabi bazende sahilde size gelip masaj satmaya çalışan birileri de oldu en baştan istemiyoruz diyince daha sonra rahatsız etmediler . Fakat genel olarak güzel bir oteldi gelmeye değer
