“Good location”
+The location was great but we found ants in our room the first day and had to get staff to resolve the issue
−I felt let down and disappointed that staff booked us a premium taxi without our consent and letting us know what the fare difference would be. The least they could have done is paid me back the difference given they didn't ask me for my views. I could have booked 2 taxis and still saved money and that would have my choice. This was co pletely taken away from me by them using their own discretion
