“Fantastic Grand Canal Suite with Balcony Facing the Grand Canal”
+Pesaro Palace is located at the Grand Canal, probably the most scenic location in Venice. Our suite had a long balcony on the 2nd floor facing the Grand Canal, which is everything we could have asked for in a room in Venice. The room is very big, with 20 foot high ceilings and an absolutely huge Murano Glass chandelier hanging over the Super King size bed. The included breakfast was also pretty good, and is served until 10:30 am, which allowed us to sleep in a little bit on one of the days. We loved the central location of the hotel and were able to basically walk everywhere in Venice within 15 to 20 minutes.. Getting to the hotel was also super easy since the water bus stop is right in front of it.. The hotel also has it's own pier, which made a water taxi pick up to go to the airport really easy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Venice..
−The room is a bit run down and could do with some modernisation. The aircon and "Do Not Disturb" control panels in the room do not work.. When the aircon control panel shows that the aircon is on, it doesn't actually mean that it is on. We once came back to the room in the afternoon and the aircon was off even though the control panel showed that it is on.. We had to call down to reception for them to actually turn the aircon on..

−Noise from air conditioning or generator kept us awake all night on the first night - staff tried to find the solution but couldn’t - we were given a different room the next night so that solved the problem 👏😊

+The bedroom was beautiful and spacious, with a great view to the interior courtyard of the hotel and the grand canal! The hotel couldn't arrange our preference for a queen-sized bed, and we instead got two adjacent twin beds, but they worked perfectly and didn't negatively impact the experience at all! The bathroom was very spacious as well, and it has one of the best showers I have ever used (perfect water pressure and easily controllable temperature)!! The breakfast food was good, especially the pancakes and the croissants. The location is good. The Vaporetto is right at the entrance of the hotel and it's also a short walk to Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The hotel entrance has direct access to a small dock, which is a great spot for taking pictures with the canal!
−I tried taking a bubble bath in the bathtub. I filled the tub up to the top, but when the water reached the overflow drain, it instead started leaking from the bottom and flooding the bathroom floor. I only noticed after getting in the tub, so when I managed to stop the leak, the whole bathroom floor was already flooded. Ultimately, it wasn't very cumbersome because, during the night, the floor dried and the bathroom was perfectly usable the following morning, but I leave this as a warning for anyone interested in taking a bath and to the hotel staff to be aware of the issue.

“Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem traumhaft schönen venezianischen Palazzo”
+Unglaublich tolle Lage. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Gute Betten. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen venezianischen Palazzo und ist mit venezianischen Möbeln ausgestattet. Einfach wunderschön! Frühstück auch top!
−Im Zimmer war alle paar Minuten ein leises Brummen von einem Generator oder ähnlichem zu hören. Das hat etwas gestört, da es auch in der Nacht war.

“Buona esperienza”
+Posizione fantastica a due passi dalla Rialto. La nostra stanza era al quarto piano con splendida vista sul Canal Grande ed era molto ampia. La fermata della linea 1 Ca d'Oro è adiacente all'ingresso.
−Le stanze sono un po datate e richiederebbero un rinnovamento per un quattro stelle
