+The room was clean and bed and pillows were to die for!
−There needs to be a sign on the building saying Pert House so you know you're in the right house.

“Nice old modernized inn near the center of town”
+The room is very nice and unique in that this is a redo on an old house. They have a nice sitting room and front porch. Continental breakfast is self-serve. The best part is its location just a block away from downtown Potsdam, and near both Universities.
−My only suggestions for improvement are an in-room mini-fridge, and more options for breakfast such as fruit.

+I loved the porch!
−The fold out couch in our room was very small. Two small boys could not fit in it.

“Beautiful building, comfortable room, day long breakfast, and good coffee”
+The location is great, right in the center of town, walking distance to Restaraunt. We stayed in the Ash room. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. The all day breakfast was nice.
−The shower stall was small, felt like a phone booth with a fire hose spraying in my face. The shower head was fixed which made it impossible to direct the spray away from my face.
