“Amazing location comfy rooms”
+excellent location facing the sea close to Tindary and Montgiove, I loved the free parking and the endless gardens of PerlaVerde. The room was also spacious, the shower worked very well, and especially I liked the price because it is definitely worth more than what it costs.
−There are no road signs or advertising signs indicating how to get to the property which, due to its essence of privacy and nature, is not announced, therefore to get there you must call the number 350 01 23 700 so that the owners can tell you how to get there easily.

“apartments with breathtaking views of the Aeolian Islands”
+Great location, close to the motorway junction and a few minutes from the sea, I recommend Perla Verde for the breathtaking view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. The spacious room, everything very clean. I appreciated the private and guarded parking. We will be back soon.

“Good value stay to visit Tindari by car.”
+Good location to explore Tindari by car. We swapped rooms so we had sunny outside breakfast area., which we could see the sea from. View of sea and islands from front of apartments (we were at side) is superb. A good value stay.
−Property is a little hard to find and the outskirts of Patti are not attractive (we drove through some very poor areas to eat in the pleasant town centre). We thought we’d booked a sea view but our ‘family room’ didn’t have one or anywhere's pleasant to sit outside so we swapped.

“Great place to spend a few days”
+The place is in a quiet area with nice hill view. The owners are very nice!The room has everything you need for a few nights and its very clean. But the best are the 2 jack russell terriers, they made our day :)
−The mattress is a bit soft (personal preference)

“Relax vicino al Mare”
+eccellente location con vista mare, letto comodissimo , entrata indipendente con chiavi e telecomando per il cancello , frigo con acqua della sorgente di Montagnareale offerta in bottiglia di vetro riembibile su richiesta offerta gratuitamente dallì host, parcheggio gratuito in loco, ottima relazione qualità-prezzo
−manca la piscina, ma c'è il mare di Mongiove a pochi passi

+Camera pulita
−Ho affittato la camera per una notte,chiedo se è possibile anticipare il check in e mi viene detto di si ma in cambio mi danno un'altra camera (ok ci potrebbe anche stare)la gentilissima persona che si presenta all'arrivo mi offre per dissetarmi una bottiglia d'acqua in vetro riempita dal rubinetto, credo (poi che ne so), ovviamente la butto. In camera non corrisponde niente con i servizi previsti e soprattutto manca la macchina del caffè,cosa che ho sempre trovato in un qualsiasi alloggio..Ci sarebbe altro ma mi fermo qui. Deluso.
