“Highly recommended”
+An absolute paradise right beside the beautiful sea! Perfect View Mirissa is the ideal place to just relax and take in the ocean views. The staff are so nice and cooperative, always stepping in to make sure you have everything you need within their scope. While the access road is a bit too narrow for cars to drive right up to the property, the staff instantly arranged a tuk-tuk whenever we needed to get somewhere. Plus, the famous Secret Beach is just a short distance away. A wonderful, peaceful stay

It offers a wonderful setting to watch the sunset and enjoy breakfast while gazing out at the ocean. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and clean,offering excellent value for money. A lovely place for a pleasant stay and some much-needed relaxation. ✨💫

+Amazing place to stay!! Very great view and lovely people. The owner was particularly helpful, and was very easy to communicate with. He personally dropped us and picked us up from the Mirissa town with his tuktuk at no extra charge.
−The only downside is that it is up the hill through a narrow road that is only suitable to tuktuks, so if you come by car you have to park it (they provide parking) and get a ride up. Additionally as it up on the mountain, despite the good views, it does not have direct access to the beaches (although secret beach is only about a 5 minute walk away!)

+The hotel has a beautiful view and is conveniently located near Hidden Beach, which is a great advantage. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere of the place.
−In my opinion, the price is a bit too high considering what is offered. The location can also be challenging to reach (generally they give you a dedicated tuk tuk driver), and the hotel is somewhat isolated from the city. While this might be an advantage for those looking for a quiet and secluded place, it can be less convenient if you want to explore the area or go out for meals, as restaurants are quite far away and not always easy to reach.

“Good option in Mirissa if you want a quite place to stay.”
+If you want somewhere peaceful overlooking the ocean, Perfect View is a great option. Tuk Tuk or scooter are the best options to reach the property, as you need to traverse a skinny, thin road up the hill. We rented a scooter in Mirissa, and everything was within easy reach. The staff are very attentive, providing 4 different options for breakfast, which were all great. The sunsets we had high up on the cliff overlooking the ocean were amazing. Overall the stay was great; there was a nice hot shower, good air conditioning and the bed was OK.

+We had a brief visit to this property due to an unexpected personal emergency that required us to leave right after check in. The management and staff were exceptionally kind and understanding, immediately agreeing to a free cancellation without any hassle. Although we unfortunately couldn't stay for our full booking, everything we saw left a wonderful impression. The location is breathtaking with an amazing ocean view, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hospitality was top tier. We are so grateful for their kindness during a stressful moment, and we definitely plan to come back for a proper stay in the future.
