+Easy walking from port & into the main areas of the old town
−This was the last of the accomodation used whilst touring the area. We provided ID in every place we stayed, other than this one we were allowed to settle & use the wifi to provide or there was someone there. At this place it was very stressful & they wanted it sent over via watts app prior to providing access & when technology was unsuccessful became difficult until I requested someone to attend the site. Which they then did but it was an uneccesary and stressful finish to the holiday.

+Excellent stay! The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The owner is extremely helpful and always available. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this apartment. We would be very happy to stay here again!

“Terrible experienc, to be avoided at all costs”
+Terrible experience, to be avoided at all costs! Unfortunately, our stay in Split was a nightmare from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we realized that this was not an apartment at all, but rather a poorly converted garage,claustrophobic and completely unfit for guests. Cleanliness is completely nonexistent: the room was swarming with insects and the hygienic conditions were frankly alarming. To make matters, in the middle of August with scorching temperatures, we were provided with flannel sheets (heavy and boiling hot), which were stained and unwashed. The towels provided had an unbearable, nauseating smell of mold and were unusable. The indoor climate was unlivable, partly because the air conditioning was a disaster: the AC unit was completely caked in dirt and dust,a genuine health hazard that made us genuinely afraid of getting sick,and on top of that, it worked intermittently, shutting off constantly. A complete waste of money and a ruined vacation. Stay far away from this place if you value your health and comfort.

−Objekat je jako smrdio na vlagu kada smo ušli u apartman i taj smrad nam nije dozvolio da boravimo u apartmanu. Boraviti na mjestu u kojem ima vlage nije ni zdravstveno ispravno. Puno bolji smjestaj se moze naci za ovaj novac

+L’établissement est près de la ville et il y a du wifi.
−Il y a beaucoup d’humidité dans l’appartement et l’odeur est désagréable. Les photos sur booking et la réalité sont bien différentes.

“Superslecht!”
+Eerlijk gezegd niets er zat een salamander in ons kamer. Heel vies en zeker af te raden, we zijn gewoon doorgereden en een deftige hotel genomen. Geen parking je moet er uren voor zoeken.
−Alles absoluut niet aan te raden zelfs de fotos kloppen niet met de realiteit.

+Niets. Het is een volledige scam. De online foto's komen totaal niet overeen met de locatie. Dit zou zelfs niet mogen verhuurd worden. Meubilair valt uit elkaar en is oud. Er is zo goed als geen ventilatie in de kamer en de kamer had welgeteld 1 klein raampje. Zicht op stad stond in de beschrijving. We hadden zicht op muren. Ik vroeg mij geld terug. De kamer is nog geen 30 euro waard. Deze zou uit boeking moeten gehaald worden.
