+This is my second stay at this hotel. It has a very convenient location - the city center and all the sights are within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops around. The street is quiet enough at night.
−The room is smoky from the inside (smoking is allowed). Also, everyone is smoking around and smoke enters the room when the windows are open (but this is more a feature of the country - they like to smoke))

“Location location”
+This hotel is locate in the city central, which is a walking distance to everything. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We love talking to him❤️ Hope to come to Bursa and defintely will stay in this hotel❤️ Sorry that we didnt say goodbye to you when we check out.🙏

+I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I booked the hotel and asked for information and then from arrival , the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The room was beautifully maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was pristine and thoughtfully equipped with quality amenities. Everything felt modern, clean, and well cared for, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected when needed. What stood out most was the overall ambiance,calm, stylish, and effortlessly comfortable throughout my stay. The location was another major highlight, with shops, restaurants, and key attractions all within easy walking distance. This hotel offers a fantastic balance of convenience, comfort, and quality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

+Nice hotel in the old part of the city surrounded by beautiful mosques, small cafe with sweets and fried meet. 3 min by bus to the cable car, easy reach of the city center.

“Not easy to locate.”
+the room was big and great for us 1 family.
−The parking not easy to the hotel, as it is on the corner on a narrow road. The hotel stated there parking at the hotel but there was no parking and we have to park at paid parking area.

+Got into Bursa from Göreme by bus around 5 in the morning,barely slept a wink all night. Stumbled to the hotel using public transport before 7, way too early for check-in. The front door was locked, and I was too shy to ring the bell in case I bothered them. Was freezing my butt off though, so I decided to give it a shot and ask if I could just drop my bags at the front desk first. Turns out the owner opened up, not only checked me in right away but even upgraded my room. Honestly, I was so touched I almost cried.

“Not recomended especially with kids”
+Good hotel location and public parking nearby.
−The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and all of my belongings absorbed the odor. The bedsheet was too small and not secured, constantly slipping off during the night. The shower was very small and dirty, and the room did not fully match the photos. Sound insulation is very poor , noise from neighboring apartments and heavy road traffic made it difficult to rest. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
