“Excellent value for money in a great part of the city”
+The location, the staff, the value for money, the easy access to Galata Tower and Taksim areas, and the available connections to the rest of the city. Have I mentioned the staff? They are super helpful and always ready to welcome you with a warm smile and a warmer cup of tea!

+Probably the most friendly hotel I've ever been. Nice breakfast and good coffee, clean and cozy rooms, excellent location and - the last but oh not the least - extremely good people who work there. I never ever meet so much attention to me as to guest. Thanks for the hotel team, you're literally perfect ♥️

“Very disappointed. Avoid at all costs.”
+My room was so small. Smelt of smoke and i could hear the traffic from outside. I am 1.98cm and my bed was pushed against a wardrobe so no room for my feet to hang over the end of bed. I requested a queen bed, but was given a single. The owner was quite authoritarian upon my check in. Demanding I sit in a particular chair and wait for him to photograph my passport and fill out check in form. It was a terrible experience.
−Small room. Tiny bed. Flat screen with no tv channels tuned. Small bathroom. Smell of smoke in room. Staff smoking near reception.

“Excellent Location, Friendly Staff & Great Base for Exploring Istanbul”
+We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, on the European side and very close to Galata, with public transport easily accessible. There is also a small store on the ground floor, which is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are a little small, but clean and functional, and we had no issues with anything in the room. We also discovered a lovely hidden spot nearby with a beautiful sunset view overlooking Hagia Sophia , a real highlight! The only downside was some road noise, as the hotel is on a busy road. Overall, a great location, friendly staff and good value. We would happily stay here again.

+Отличное расположение и вид с террасы. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Оставляли чаевые, уборка была супер. Один раз завтракали, было очень вкусно. Вайфай хорошо работал. Есть лифт. Пошли навстречу и разрешили оставить багаж после выселения до выезда в аэропорт. Есть супермаркет, где можно купить все необходимое, работает до 2.00 ночи.
−Нас было 4 взрослых и 1 ребенок, в одном номере было тесно.

+Le personnel était très accueillant et prévenant, chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, mention spéciale pour le menemen ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité d'une station de métro et d'un arrêt de bus desservi par le bus Havaist qui va à l'aéroport.
−La proximité d'artères routières très passantes génère du bruit qui s'entend depuis les chambres, ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement, mais c'est important à savoir pour des voyageurs sensibles au bruit (et non pourvus de bouchons d'oreille).

+La ubicación es muy buena está frente a estación del metro shishane y a una cuadra de galatas. Caminando 15 min puedes llegar a Karakoy. Es un hotel limpio y cómodo la habitación está un poco estrecha pero cumple con la estadía,el personal siempre muy amable.

“Wir würden wiederkommen!!!”
+Besonders toll fanden wir die Mitarbeiter. Sie waren sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit, z.B. wenn den Kindern das typisch türkische Frühstück nicht zusagt, dann gibt es halt Crêpes, Kakao und frisches Omlett. Wir waren während der schweren Regenfälle im PeraLife und mussten zum Flughafen. Der liebenswerte Mitarbeiter hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, dass wir ein Taxi bekommen. Außerdem fanden wir die Lage super: in 5 Minuten Gehzeit waren wir am Galataturm, auch den Taksimplatz kann man fussläufig erreichen genauso wie das Altstadtviertel Sultanahmet.
−Unser Zimmer hatte schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, z.B. eine instabile Klobrille,aber alles in allem war es ordentlich und sauber und da wir ja zum Sightseeing dort waren, hat uns auch die etwas beengte Situation (4 Personen im 3-Bettzimmer mit ausgezogener Couch) nicht gestört.

“Октябрь 2026. Семейная пара”
+В первую очередь отмечу очень тёплый прием и внимание всех сотрудников отеля. Гостепреимность, забота, позитивное настроение... 100 из 100. Второе, это месторасположение отеля. Действительно, туристические достопримечательности, галатский мост, набережная, паромы, туристические улицы, бары, рестораны, башня, метро, трамвай, автобус... все это в шаговой доступности. В радиусе нескольких сотен метров вы найдёте все из выше перечисленного.
−Откровенно говоря, двухместный номер с балкончиком и видом на бухту золотой рог в целом устал. Да, полотенца, постельное меняется каждый день, все удобства, такие как фен, кондиционер, сейф, телевизор, холодильник, на месте, но все такое уже прям уставшее и номер в целом требует ремонта. Плинтуса, обои, дверь, дверной замок, окна... чисто, порядок, но много что требует серьёзного внимания. На наш взгляд, чистота, внимание персонала и месторасположение отеля важнее указанных недостатков. Завтрак континентальный. Не вау, но не плохой. Достаточный для старта дня. Рекомендуем.
