+The room was cosy and well equipped. The hosts were also very friendly, and the location was nice and close enough to the nearby towns while still being quiet and relaxing.
−The showerhead was leaking

“Ideal for access for walking. Easy to find. Comfortable, clean oom.”
+Ability to arrive late and leave early. Comfortable room that met my needs. Access to a fridge and kettle. plenty of room.
−The very small sink int he bathroom and the low light level in the bathroom. I have been assured that room is scheduled for refurbishment and this will be taken into account.

+The room size, lovely beds, ensuit shower and toilet, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Very cosy for such a large room.
−Dogs were a bit noisy outside early in the morning and the TV didn't work. I had a friendly chat with Karen about it and she was unaware and very nice and I think she said she might put another TV in there. It was no big deal to me as I was fine watching things on my tablet. The Internet was fine. The dogs are just part of the horse training based environment there. If your an early riser they won't bother you. Its just a bit of a farm like place. I'd stay there again. Still good value for the money. Thanks Karen

“Would be lovely with a mattress topper and cleaning supplies”
+Room was large, warm and clean, with a fridge and table
−The mattress was extremely uncomfortable the springs stick out terribly on the double bed, dogs were howling at 4am, no washing up liquid, no cleaning cloth or sweeping brush, no wine glasses.

“Disappointing.”
+No breakfast, they've stopped doing it. No towells when we arrived. No hot water. No acknowledgement when we left. Very disappointed!
−Room and bed were comfortable. Daughter seems to have taken over from her mother, and the stables take up all her time, so guests come a low second.

“Extremely good value yet clean comfortable and spacious”
+Great room. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of basic’s provided to make toast and microwave foods. Met owners and they were all lovely but not invasive. Property is well positioned to enjoy Show caves and chimpanzee sanctuary and thebeatiful waterfalls and Welsh countryside. Will definitely be back.
