“Fantastic conditions in central Perth”
+Very comfortable room with all the supplies changed / refilled daily. The staff was also friendly. Central, walking distance from the main train station.

“Comfortable, well located and polite customer service.”
+Located within proximity to everything you could need at walking distance, bed was very comfortable and the contrast between dark wood cabinetry and white bedding was pleasant on the eyes, an electronic safe supplied room for sense of security over belongings of value and the water pressure was great in the shower with the hot water coming on almost instantly and then products provided were of decent quality and I felt refreshed after using them. Power points were situated in very convenient location beside bed with a platform to sit device etc
−The shower design left water pooling outside the shower (quite a decent amount I had to try splash it back in and soak it all up with one of the towels provided. Smoke alarm on ceiling has lost its holding mechanism keeping it flush to ceiling so it is hanging down on one side exposing the room to air from wall cavity and a potential eyesore if a customer were to be very picky. I was not provided a wifi password upon booking and no welcome card in room or anything containing any password to access. The most important downside that really did disappoint and acted as a singular tipping point from a great stay with no downside to almost deciding without doubt that I would not return is that the air-conditioning is admin locked to automatically disable cooling function and fix itself at 20 degrees in fan mode at a certain point. I fell asleep with it on cool as I run very hot naturally and I woke up sweating at 4am and had in my sleep removed all of my blankets which I do not generally do at all. So I hopped up to check the aircon to find out I had no power at all over its functionality, that was an incredibly poor move by administration, I don't imagine any customers would be happy wi

“Perfect location and comfortable stay.”
+The room was clean and spacious. Maybe recently renovated?? The shower is not the newest but good hot water pressure. Super convenient location. Friendly staff.
−The street gets a little scratchy at night. Stayed 2 nights. Both nights I woke up because someone was screaming outside.

“For our situation we couldnt have asked for a better, closer place to stay.”
+We were visiting the hospital daily and were in and out during all hours. The location of the hotel was extremly convinient for us to walk to hospital and back, we didnt have to go far for good meals or a late open store. Someone was always available at the front desk. We booked an extra night and staff were able to move things around so we didnt have to pack up and move rooms.
−They advertised they had parking available. However was full. But they did advise us of the most afordable place to park in the area and it was not very far away.

“Older hotel with tiny badly designed rooms. Well located but not value for money”
+Location and staff were great.
−The room is tiny, I mean really tiny and overlooked the back of another building with their bins etc. The bathroom entry is a half step above the floor level of the room and I jarred my back a couple of times going to the loo at night. The shower is also at another level, about 10 mm lower than the bathroom floor. Also there is no iron in the room, there is a laundry room which has no water outlet so you can't fill the iron with water. Only one powerpoint in the room. Overall would not stay there again.

+Convenient location easy walking distance from public transport. A lot of eating options nearby.
−The room was a lot smaller than anticipated but acceptable for one night. Very little space for luggage. Very similar to Japanese business hotels.
