−We had a very disappointing experience with this property. Communication was poor throughout our stay, and the owner was often rude and disrespectful toward both us and our guests. Their attitude felt overly authoritarian rather than welcoming or helpful. We also felt uncomfortable due to behavior that we perceived as discriminatory and lacking respect for us. Hospitality should be based on professionalism, courtesy, and mutual respect, and unfortunately, this property did not meet those standards. I would not recommend staying here.

+If you need to be near the station, this is a good spot The accommodation was clean.
−High price. -The price doesn't match the quality and service man at the reception is unpleasant A very small toilet with no toilet paper holder , instead, you’ll find a hairdryer next to the bowl, and the toilet paper placed on it.

“Unforgettable and special!”
+Perfect and cosy! We will definitely be back! The room services were clean and efficient. Excellent cleanliness, hot water, hot/cold air conditioning, good internet connection. Standard breakfast served in the room. Staff trained, kind and welcoming! I thank Mr. Giovanni for the assistance offered at any time, and Mrs. Agata who keeps the structure in excellent cleanliness. Structure attached to the main means of transport, metro, train, bus, taxi and even sea transport.
−The area was nothing special as we were travelling as a couple, but everything was quiet because the structure being in Piazza Garibaldi central station, the area is guarded 24 hours a day by all the police. We paid slightly more than the quality/price, because Naples at that time was all sold out, obviously the few availabilities that are found, will be at high prices. But all in all perfect! Thanks again!

“Superb”
+Helpfulness of staff. Changing linen daily. Modern and clean facilities. Recommended Uber was excellent; both the driver and his wife went out of their way to help us. Close to railway station.
−Neighbourhood not the best.

“Enjoyed the room, breakfast and staff. Locations central but street itself not great.”
+The staff was terrific as was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. There is an elevator which makes luggage much easier and someone on duty 24/7 I felt secure in the hotel, and the location which is walkable from central station is good,.
−The street itself is just okay. There are numerous vendors selling all sorts of cheap sunglasses, shoes, hats etc. The closest restaurants are very fast food oriented including a McDonalds.

“Comfortable and convenient”
+We picked the location for the proximity to the train station, which was only a few steps away. Breakfast was in a small, but comfortable room with friendly staff basic breakfast and good coffee. Also below is a small very reasonably priced bakery with really good sweets.
−Very convenient location due to proximity to the train station, but not the best part of town.... because of the proximity to the train station.

“Convenient, affordable, friendly staff.”
+The hotel owner was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us find the bus station, he got up very early to make sure we got coffee and breakfast before our day trip.
−The location was very close to the train station.

“Solo elegido por la ubicación”
+La ubicación es perfecta. A 100 m de la estación central y a 15 min del aeropuerto tomando un bus.
−No responde en la relación precio - calidad. Una pensión muy descuidada. El desayuno muy industrial y sin poder elegir más que el cornetto de nutella o crema. El personal agradable.
