+Pansion is at very good location, less than 5 min by car to "Rote 8" cable car station and 5 min from Wagrain centre. Good breakfast. Friendly host. Ski room with heated ski shoes rack. Room was comfortable, bathroom equiped with toiletries.
−Room was a bit noisy because of the window facing the road, but in the night there was not much traffic. Pillow uncomfortable, very flat and soft. But it didn't ruin a nice vacation.

+Very warm and kind owner, helping with every detail and giving all advice. Fantastic breakfasts - despite we were even one day the only guests, the breakfast was incredibly rich in selection and fresh.
−Nothing really surprising. The pension is located close to the road - but we knew it, we did not know about the traffic at all during our stay, and in the end it became an advantage as we might get fast to multiple lifts to start the day. So no complaints at all.

+The family room with a balcony was perfect, with a beautiful view of the meadow. The room was very well equipped, including thoughtful details in the children’s area and the bathroom. We also had a lovely wooden baby crib in the room, which was much appreciated. For the kids, there were plenty of games to choose from in the hallway, as well as a trampoline and garden play area outside. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the host was extremely kind and helpful.
−There were quite a few mosquitoes, and the windows didn’t have screens.

“Sandra is wonderful!”
+Sandra is literally the nicest person I have ever met. Possibly the nicest in the world. There are books and boardgames for kids, a teddybear in our room, a little playground outsound with a trampoline, slide, swing and treehouse full of dolls and dollhouses and a sandbox full of toy trucks, a bike, a scooter, skateboard and a tiny intex pool. Its heaven for children. Very rich breakfast with many special home-made dishes. The bathroom is equipped with anything you need. Great place.
−No AC, no nets on the windows so no way to air out the room. We did get a fan when we asked for one.

“So Happy with Zeitlos”
+From my experience you can always tell the difference between an employee and an owner. However Sandra, the owner, brings it to a whole another level - she has an incredible "can do attitude", I felt nothing is a problem for her and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had is just a cherry on top. This is the first time in my life I left a tip for an accommodation.
−What didn't I like? Um.... hard question in this case. If I'm being nitpicky maybe I would add anti-insect net on the windows.

“Ein schönes sehr freundliches Haus in Loipennähe”
+Das Haus ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war groß, komfortabel, sauber mit Balkon und sehr ruhig abseits der Straße mit Blick auf Wiese und Wald. Sandra ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Gästen ihren Urlaub zu verschönern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich mit vielen verschiedenen selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Säften. Die Langlaufloipe ist gleich in der Nähe. Ein Haus, in das man gerne wieder kommt.

“Aanrader!”
+Heerlijk ontbijt. Kamers worden elke dag proper gemaakt. Heel lieve gastvrouw die ons op weg hielp. Handig: je kan voor de deur de skibus nemen naar alle pistes.
−Heel warm op de kamer. Dus met de ramen open slapen!
