−Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Room was next to the street so I was woken by conversations of passers by. Towels were tiny.

+We booked a triple room and got room number 6, which was very convenient for three of us: spacious yet cosy. This is the one with a high roof, which was not otherwise clear in the photographs. Very clean, tidy, well-organized. We were out most of the day, and ate out most meals, so the basic kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and cutting fruits. The refrigerator was very useful for storing the milk and fruits. The rooms are located deep inside, away from the road and opening on to a large courtyard full of trees and greenery. Very quiet despite being so well connected: a few minutes walk in any direction from all forms of public transport to take you to anywhere in the city, and a wide range of excellent eating places. Could not ask for a better location. The tariff also seemed very decent. Entering the building required a phone call to the owner to get a code, which gave us access to the keys. We later bumped into the owner, quietly sweeping away the dry leaves in the courtyard, and he was so warm and helpful!
−A couple of very minor points - The small-sized bath towels have been mentioned by other reviewers. For a family, this should not be a problem. The summer nights were a bit warm, which required us to keep the windows ajar, in the absence of AC and fans. In most seasons, this should not matter.

“Hébergement simple mais confortable et idéalement situé.”
+Située dans une rue résidentielle, la Pension est très calme, d'autant que les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure. Pourtant, à cinq minutes à pied, on se retrouve sur Torstrasse, une grande avenue, et à la station d'U Bahn Rosa Luxemburg Platz, sans parler des très nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate également. Un petit mot pour l'hôte aussi. Mon arrivée a été un peu chaotique (Lufthansa n'est pas aussi infaillible que je l'imaginais) il a été très à l'écoute, prêt à me recevoir lui-même, même tard. Lorsqu'après plusieurs ordres et contre ordres, j'ai compris que je ne serai pas à la chambre avant 2h00 du matin, il m'a adressé toute une marche à suivre pour prendre possession de ma chambre en autonomie, y compris une petite vidéo pour le fonctionnement de la boîte à clé. Appréciable. Enfin, la chambre était équipée d'une bouilloire et d'un large choix de thés et tisanes, des couverts, verres, tasses et assiettes et d'un petit réfrigérateur.
−Ma chambre, la numéro 5, était en souplex sur la cour. C'est à dire que les fenêtres, occupant toute une largeur de mur, était à fleur de sol de la cour et, surtout, sous l'escalier métallique accédant à la chambre du dessus. En toute sincérité, ça ne m'a plus gêné que cela, mais je me mets à la place de quelqu'un un peu claustrophobe, ce serait peut-être bien de le préciser dans le descriptif. Petit bémol les serviettes de bain de petite taille. Mais, il y en avait quatre pour moi toute seule.
