“Nice staff but the building is degraded”
+Great position and the staff was very nice and welcoming but the building and the rooms were extremely dirty and not cosy at all. There is no lift within the structure and the stairs are narrow and dirty. The whole building is very old and it actually looks abandoned. I would recommend staying here just for a short staying (one or two nights) because of its great position.

“staying among La rambla near plaza Catalunya”
+Stuff good, authentic location It is ok for us all the facilities because the small price for staying among La Rambla. Location is very very good, near Piazza Catalunya. It is an old building with all old inside, so if you want a luxury staying pay x4 price.
−Everyone can find minuses if you are looking for them.

“my stay there was nothing but a disaster”
+there was nothing i liked
−there was 52 steps up the the room, the floor, walls, all surfaces, were very dirty,no air condition,no tv,a shared bathrooms with other rooms, that also was very dirty, caretaker stayed in a room near by,smoked all night long which could smell in the quests rooms, seen no smoke alarms in rooms or anywhere that is a very likely fire danger, the others quests that i talked to were also very disappointed in the rooms and service, this listing puts your company in a bad light,i would like to talk to someone about a refund of money i spent ,if there no chance of refund,i will never use to book again and would discourage any one i know not to use either
