“Beautiful old building in central location but communication limited.”
+Parking. Proximity to Alhambra, centre of the city and amenities. Age and decoration of the building. Value for money. It was lovely to stay in a traditional building right on the street that lead to the Alhambra. The room was large, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Plaza Nueva is minutes away on foot, as are a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. We were pleased to be able to leave the car in the private garage for the duration of our visit to Granada as Pension Alfin was a comfortable and convenient base.
−Initial impressions were not great. When we arrived in the late afternoon the lights were off and the doors locked. It felt like it had closed down. There was a message on the door in Spanish about the owner being at another property but as we speak very little Spanish, we struggled to understand that the owner was running a bar a few doors away. We eventually decided to ask at another property. This pension had a reception desk manned by a very helpful lady who contacted the owner for us and then gave us thorough directions about driving the hire car through the restricted traffic zone and to the correct street. Our stress and panic could have been avoided had we expected the pension to be locked and dark. A simple e-mail,(possibly using Google translate if necessary) would have been very welcome.

“Andalusian charm in a great location!”
+A beautiful building with a lovely, traditional Andalusian style. The room itself was charming, with very comfortable beds and crisp, fresh sheets every day. It was also very thoughtful of the owners to turn on the heating when the temperature dropped due to the rainy weather. A much-appreciated gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from all the major attractions, including the entrance to the Alhambra.The owners also serve a great breakfast just across the street, which was a lovely and convenient way to start the day.
−On the downside, the floors could have been cleaner, and the bathroom was rather cramped, with very little space for everyday toiletries. The room also felt somewhat overfurnished, leaving limited space for our suitcases and belongings. As we were three adults, the bunk bed was rather small and not particularly comfortable for an adult.

“Such a great pension in the heart of the historical area”
+Prompt checkin. Lovely room overlooking street up to Alhambra. Four poster bed and separate seating area. Very clean. Very moorish. We loved it. Breakfast very reasonably priced at a small cafe run by the couple who run Pension Alfin. Will definitely visit again

+De este alojamiento nos gusto todo el trato de sus dueños muy amables en todo momento, la limpieza de la habitación, la ubicación, y Justo enfrente los dueños tienen una cafetería que sirven unos desayunos buenísimos y te hace más cómoda aún la estancia, sin duda si volviera a Granada me encantaría volver alojarme en este lugar.

+La ubicación, sin ruido por las noches. La decoración muy cuidada.
−Esta ubicado es una cuesta, no tiene ascensor y resulta algo pesado si vas con maletas grandes. El colchón mejorable. Y que no disponen de habitaciones con dos camas.

+Su ubicación en la emblemática Cuesta de Gomérez de la subida a la Alhambra! Y la casa, que parece sacada de un museo, con sus piezas de antigüedades.
