“Great location for Chicago visit”
+Great location. Easy to walk to the Bean and museums, or walk north for some retail shopping. Boats for architecture tours are close by. Lots of food options within 10-20min walk. Free water provided daily.
−Elevators are very slow.

“Waste of money”
+Good location
−Slow elevators which seemed original, ill equipped to cover the needs of a 30 plus floor facility. Halls throughout the hotel were dark and dingy. Sliding shower door wouldn't stay shut during actual shower. The well advertised roof top deck had a private event on Saturday and was closed Sunday and Monday as well which apparently is the schedule but no where was it posted or explained during check in Really poor, disappointing experience especially considering it was $1,500 for 3 nights with no breakfast included. Spend your money somewhere else. Lousy experience

+Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sent us to an excellent restaurant. Helpful in planning our activities for a short stay (3 nights) in Chicago. Nice breakfast experience at the restaurant. Again, excellent service. Room was not all that clean. Stains on the carpet which would not be expected from a hotel of this caliber. Towels were frayed which was unusual for a hotel at this level and supplies not ample. Would stay there again based on quality of service and location.

+Gorgeously appointed hotel in a fantastic location. The building is iconic and the staff were so helpful and delightful. They could not have done enough to assist.
−Nothing. It was perfect!

+Our experience was terrific from beginning to end. Micheal greeted us at the door and he was the last person we saw upon our departure. He took very good care of us
