“Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.”
+Rooms clean and comfortable, though there was some building noise nearby some of the time. We just had soup in evening which was very good.
−As we were leaving early we asked for a packed breakfast. Ideally we would have liked fruit and pastries/cakes but the latter were not available so we just took fruit.

+Clean and spacious room.
−Poor service. No spread in breakfast, limited option. Location although central, it is located behind a vegetable market. The surrounding is not good. Very poor Internet. The facilities which are mentioned to be present are absent ( Sauna, spa, wellness center). Not value for money.

“Good value for money”
+Very spacious room and good breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful.
−The room was a little bit noisy. Our credit cards didn't work at the check-out time and we needed to pay cash.

“Exceptional”
+We loved this place and the breakfast was really delicious and elaborate 😋 After driving all the way from Siliguri to Thimphu it was a much needed, comfiest stay. It's a shame we didn't get much time to enjoy the rest of the facilities they offer. Beautiful property, great views and amazing staff !!!

+Location _ close to the city center
−The rooms became very hot during the nights and the cooling system was not yet switched on. The pillows were really thick and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very very basic
