−I had to buy dish cloths, refuse bags as nothing in property. I had to clean oven baking tray as it was dirty with fat from previous use.

+Great site, staff, facilities , very clean
−Bed were so uncomfortable not fit for purpose and needs urgent renewal . My partner who is disabled had to buy a airbed and lay on the floor . Totally unacceptable and spoilt the holiday

“We enjoyed our time on the island”
+The caravan site facilities were good and it was really central. The shower was good and the bed comfy enough.
−The caravan itself was very tired. The table and kitchen area cupboards had the covering peeling away. 2 dining room chairs are broken so we couldn’t use them. The blinds on the windows are all broken and bent so couldn’t be moved. When we hoovered at the end of our stay the smell from the hoover made us feel really sick.

+Location, communication, and value for money were all great! Would recommend. Generally well equipped and clean. Kids loved the pool!
−The bed in the main room wasn't the most comfortable, and there was a stained floor towel that could do with changing. However, generally all good for a reasonably get away.

“Quiet site nice caravan”
+Well equipped liked that it had 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets. Large fridge freezer and cupboard space
−A couple of utensils like a cheese grater would be handy, but nothing that spoiled the holiday

+The location was amazing. Perfect for the beaches, we had a fab time at the wildheart animal sanctuary and shanklin chine. The shower worked very well.
−The caravan was filthy. There were dog hairs everywhere, the sofa, the beds, under the duvets, the carpets. The dishes in the cupboards hadn't been cleaned properly. It was not clean at all. The beds were very uncomfortable and very thin. It got very cold at night.

+Brill time and van was great. Comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Site was quiet but had lovely pool and pub.

“Would recommend, would stay again”
+Lovely shower Little touches such as washing up liquid, tea towel,towels,and other bits and pieces were supplied The out door pool was fab to cool off in as was hot weekend 10 min walk from sandown station
−As with other comments the double mattress needs to be replaced or a thick mattress topper bought as could really feel the springs
