10.0“Great Hotel - Excellent Staff”
+We really enjoyed staying here for 48 hours. Hotel is ideally located not far from the old town and just by metro and bus connections. The team at the hotel were excellent, especially Vlad and Elena who were top for customer service. Our room was great and you got a free bottle of water in the room plus four small bottles in the mini bar which were 2 x water, 1 x Coca Cola and one beer (free items not restocked in the mini bar, but it was still great to have this). The buffet breakfast was perfect in terms of quality and range of things to eat. Only small negative was that at the time we visited air con was not available (activated in April I think) so controlling the room temp was tricky. Despite that minor issue, we highly recommend the Peakture - a great hotel, in an ideal location with excellent staff. Worth noting that regarding getting to the Hotel we caught the 100 bus direct from the airport to just a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. A bus trip is only about 53p and you can pay by tapping your credit card on the validator as you board. Make sure you do tap and the screen shows the card has been accepted as payment checks by ticket inspectors are frequent.

10.0“Great hotel”
+Peakture hotel was great all round, rooms all clean and modern, staff friendly and welcoming. Location close to town by walking. My sister had her birthday here and was left a birthday card under the door and for breakfast was given a cake with a candle and some champagne. We were very touched by the gesture. Would reccomend this hotel.

10.0“Would recommend”
+Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. We had a great stay. The location is perfect with the Metro just around the corner and easy walking distance to the old town. The room was good with a Nespresso machine (stocked daily) and a mini fridge with water, a glass bottle coke and a beer in the fridge when you get there. If we return to Bucharest, we’d stop here again. It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location.

8.0“Lovely!! With a few niggles.”
+Myself and partner booked a 5 night stay from the end of October/beginning of November for my birthday. Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, the old town was an 8 minute walk away, metro stops and bus stops within a few minutes, all tour meeting points also within a 10 minute walk. There's a pharmacy round the corner as well as a mini market 5 mins away, 35 mins from the airport (without traffic) and close to lots of food and drink options. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. The staff were all lovely, check in was smooth and quick. Everything was explained to us in detail about the facilities. The absolute highlight from the staff/customer service was on arrival after our day out for my birthday we came back to a bottle of prosecco and two glasses, a really beautiful gesture! The rooms themselves are nice enough, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The mirrors are also great, very handy to have the magnifying mirrors!! The shower door didn't really close properly so the floor got wet very quickly and there wasn't much ventilation so it got very foggy. The beds were very comfy but they are two singles pushed together so it was a bit difficult to sleep in
+Great spot, cozy bar. Nice rooms
+Great value for money. Bathroom was a bit small and room could do with more lighting. But for a few days it was perfect for what we needed
+This hotel is in the center of everything. The room, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was perfect
+Ok
+It was great.

2.0“Deeply Disappointing Stay - Checked Out Early”
+I booked Peakture Hotel as part of a 4-day package holiday and sadly the experience was so poor that I felt forced to check out early. The issues began immediately: staff were consistently rude and dismissive, to the point where we felt completely unwelcome throughout our stay. The heating system in our room blew out nothing but cold air and dust, leaving the room freezing. When I asked for something as simple as a blanket, an extra duvet, or even additional pillows, all of these requests were refused. Instead, I was handed a mattress protector, which was both inappropriate and insulting. The bathroom was mouldy, the bed so hard that I woke with numb hips, and I believe I was bitten during the night. Altogether, the experience was nowhere near the standard advertised. When I raised my concerns, the service was just as unhelpful. Only as I was checking out did they offer to move me to a different room, but by then it was clear the underlying issue was the treatment we received and the lack of basic hospitality. I followed up with a formal complaint to the hotel. Their response was a generic apology with no real acceptance of responsibility and no offer of resolution. It simply confi
