“Not as enjoyable as the first stay for the price”
+Great location, cleaned daily
−Bit tired jets never worked in the hot tub, bedroom tv didn’t work, sunbeds had rips in. Bottom Cupboards infested with ants. No breakfast tokens for gala, this could have been due to it being re built and just reopening.

“Very good apartment. Well worth it.”
+Location was very handy. Closed off and good privacy. Pool was good to cool down. Lovely restaurants round about. Close to beach. Very spacious. Bed comfy. Very good communication from hosts.
−Pool needs a little tlc round the edges inside. Shower head/shower doesn’t direct water very well. Seems to go everywhere.

“Little oasis in Faliraki”
+Beautiful Suite far enough away from the hustle and bustle of faliraki. There is a nice little shop only a few meters away that stocks all the necessities. Beach is also nearby. Lovely restaurant across the road and also an icecream parlour. Very good communication with the owner on how to access and leave the property.

“Nice stay”
+We had a lovely stay here for a week. The location was unbeatable, close to bars/restaurants and the beach. The facilities were very good, strong air-con, good shower, comfy bed and a good size fridge freezer. Housekeeping left fresh towels every day. Outside had a nice seating area, small table, deck chairs, sun loungers with a large umbrella and of course the pool. The pool was a decent size, and was lovely for cooling down throughout the day.
−Some things I think need improvement; the pool needs a good deep clean. Also, there was no consistency to the timing with which the housekeeping staff arrived each day. During our week stay, they arrived from as early as 9:45am and as late as 2-3pm in the afternoon. The morning they arrived at 9:45am we were still asleep as we were out late the night before and wanted a sleep in. There is a flimsy ‘come back later’ sign for the door handle, but on the other side of it it says to please service the room. As we found out, it was basically impossible to keep the sign on the handle, any small breeze knocked it to the ground. If we knew they were arriving at say 11am everyday we could have worked with that. On the day we were leaving and due to check out at 11am, the staff arrived knocking at 10am and again at 10:30am, which was frustrating to say the least. If you need to communicate with the host use WhatsApp. I had been trying through the messaging function on booking.com and via email originally and they were pretty much unresponsive. −- Dusche ist nicht optimal eingebaut, das Wasser lief immer bis in den Wohnbereich hinein - für Allergiker sind die Kissen und Betten nicht geeignet (bräuchten mal wieder eine Grundreinigung)

−Η πισίνα αρκετά βρώμικη στον πάτο ειδικα!Η!τουαλέτα γεμιζε νερα παντού μετά το μπάνιο κ πολλές φορές είχε άσχημη μυρωδιά!!τα ζουζούνια τα προσπερνάω...φτάνοντας πρώτη μέρα στο ψυγείο θέλαμε να βρούμε έστω ένα κρυο νερό... δυστυχώς είχε μόνο 2 κουτακια μπύρες! Μικρά πράγματα με μεγάλη αξία για μας που με κόπο πληρώσαμε τοσο ακριβό κατάλυμα για ταξίδι του μέλιτος!!
