“was so eager to leave we checked out a day early”
+nice view from the balcony
−room was absolutely nothing like the photo, it had a weird smell and was overall dirty. the bed had a mattress cover which was rock solid and when removed the mattress below was absolutely filthy, didn't help that we weren't given a bed sheet but an empty duvet cover which didn't fit the bed properly instead. would not recommend staying here i wouldnt even say it was worth the cheap cost. area was a bit sketchy so be careful.

“In the Red light district of Makati. Food nearby was amazing. Room functional.”
+The staff was responsive and helpful. The location to good restaurants was amazing. The proximity to Ayala Triangle 1.7 Km, was a nice walk. Ayala Triangle park was full of shade trees and cafes. At night it was lit up with ground lights and lights in the trees. very nice.
−Air conditioning in one of the rooms was substandard. My electronic door lock kept locking me out, Nimfa, one of our housekeepers, was very good at regaining my access in a timely fashion. The rooms are on a shoestring maintainance. No kitchen. There was no hot water in one of the rooms. The showering wasn't bad, just missed the hot water.

“Disgusting, dirty, rude. Avoid!”
+Location was good
−It was absolutely horrible. This was booked for a month, left after 1 week. They take photos in Manila with panoramic lenses. Every place we went to was about 1/4 of the size in the photo. First room didn’t have extra sofa bed as advertised and NO WATER AT ALL. Moved to a different room. Full of cock roaches. Paint scraped off the walls. Sink literally fell off the wall (no leaning on it) and they said we had to pay for it. Picture shows the extent of the kitchen facilities. Handles broken off drawers, and basically everything poorly maintained. We did not pay for the sink, but also left 3 weeks early with no refund and had to pay for another place. It was absolutely disgusting and employees were rude. A huge rip off. Avoid this place at all cost.

+the place was clean, even though there was some few empty bottles that was left inside the cabinet, which was left from the previous guest.. plus it would've been nice to have a small cooker inside the room for us to cook some meals.
−nothing..
