“Very pleasant, would stay there again.”
+the room was comfortable, bed was comfortable. Property was charming and clean. Location seemed walkable to a few places, but sort of on the "outskirts" of Old Pasadena and the main part of town. Not a big deal though.
−The bar service was lacking and not sure the bartender was a professional. Drink I ordered was not very good. Paid a daily resort fee, but did not use the "resort" facilities, i.e. pool or the very small gym. Too cold to use an outdoor pool. Was not happy about that. Had messaged the property inquiring about the fee, never got a response.

“Dirty room & bed upon arrival.”
+The location is wonderful close to town & wonderful restaurants & cafes.
−My room was dirty upon arrival & when I informed the staff they did nothing but say sorry. The sheets were all stained & and an empty water bottle was left on the bathroom sink.

“It was comfortable”
+The staff was very responsive. There was a day the room was not cleaned and when we raised this they were quick. We often asked for more water because they put 2 small bottles but one uses 1 bottle to make tea/coffee so if there are 2 of you and you use 2 for tea you won’t have any water to drink. The bottles are small. What we asked for more water they would gladly bring. I just wish they put at least 4 bottles for a room with 2 guests.
−The fact that they could miss cleaning a room. Otherwise it’s a good place.

+Staff were lovely, location was great and our room was beautiful and clean. The food available at the hotel was lovely and reasonable.
−The charge for parking is ridiculous. You are only provided with 1 bottle of water per day, but this should be 1 per day of your stay. The blinds in the rooms were covered in dust and the walls also. When looking outside into other rooms, the blinds had, what seemed a mold/damp problem.

“It was an an incredible stay.”
+The bed for the rooms with pets didnt make sense. Why would you have backboard that or small dogs can easily get into and get stuck.wpuldnreccomend changing that up.

+It's in a nice place in Pasadena between the business district and the Caltech campus.
−Can't think of anything I didn't like. I've stayed there before and it's everything I could want.
