“Perfect place for a few days, Good location, Reasonable Host”
+Everything went smooth. I liked the apartment, the room. Everything you would need for a few days in Naples
−Just one little downside in one of the rooms, shower were not working properly. Other than that, no problems at all.

“It is a pleasant, reasonably priced, Guesthouse in downtown Naples, close to the train and buses.”
+We were traveling with friends and staying one night. This guesthouse was close to the transportation hub. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. It was a secure facility with a steel curtain on the balcony. The host uses electronic entry codes.
−The neighborhood was a bit rough/tired looking. There was no soap that we could find, thankfully we brought our own.

“Poor communication, non-working amenities, and cleanliness issues, I would not recommend.”
+The room was attractive and newly renovated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the daily towel service.
−Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Communication with the host was difficult, as messages were rarely answered. The hair dryer was not working and was never replaced, and the Wi-Fi did not function during our stay as it was never connected to the internet. Although the building has an elevator, it was out of service, and reaching our room on the third floor required climbing what felt like six flights of stairs, making it very challenging with 23 kg luggage. The property is located next to Garibaldi Station in an area that felt somewhat unsafe, particularly for two women traveling alone. Additionally, in direct sunlight, it was evident that the floors and baseboards were dusty, and the mattress lacked a proper cover and was a bit musty. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

+Solo sostituzione asciugamani giornalieri e pulizia wc e lavandino.

“Struttura in zona troppo caotica”
+L’aria condizionata
