“Ideal location”
+I stay here as the location is perfect for my needs. Its always clean, with good facilities..
−I requested a table lamp, but still none provided. It is always very warm in these rooms, yet instead of a fan being provided, there was a heater provided 😆 I am not a lover of duvets either, a top sheet would be suffice for me...

“Good value for money”
+Mattress was very comfortable. Many rooms in block but no noise at all. I had a great sleep. It had some basic amenities. Close to bus stop and lots of shops all within 2-5min walk. Deposit money was released same day after check out.
−Not newly refurbished and furniture was cheap looking but for £32 p/night it's understandable. No microwave. No hand soap or dish soap.

+The location is excellent, right in the centre.of Dudley. The parking was good..We used the recommend parking at only £5 for 24 hours. The bedding and towels were clean. On first sight the room looked nice..Having a fridge is great. Also in the room was a toaster and kettle The price was extremely reasonable.
−The blinds on one of the windows was broken, two slats missing and no cord. So early in the morning light came in to the room There was a bit of a smell coming from the ensuite and we didn't like the state of the shower area.We didn't use the shower. The shared kitchen was lacking in pots and pans,.utensils etc. It could have done with a good clean. It isn't the easiest property to get into. Lots of codes for doors However we could understand this as it is for security

+Arrived at the Venue to discover it is absolutely nothing like what is advertised. The rooms filthy. Carpets ripped, stains all over the walls, bathroom covered in mould, bed looks like its been slept in and left but not sure how anyone could sleep there. Kettle was full of stagnant water, limescale and mould, only clean part was the sink in the kitchenette, walked out the door instantly and found alternative accomodation.
−Couldn't even stay here , place is filthy, mouldy and nothing like advertised, they ask for you to send photos of what's wrong and then state "clean affordable accommodation" as their aim. This place hasnt been cleaned, maintained or even looked at by anyone in probably years. Was disgusting and unlivable walked out instantly to alternative accomodation which I had to find last minute but the host doesn't believe this is reasonable for a refund. It was the worst place I've ever seen. They half heartedly offered a different room elsewhere for "compensation" but having seen the state of that place who would trust it. AVOID THIS PLACE .

“Awful”
−Didn't let me access the property. Got a last minute message saying I needed to pay an additional deposit on top of having already paid through Booking.com. I tried to pay and the site kept crashing I tried calling multiple times over several hours and no answer. I called Booking.com who after 1 hour on the phone said they had left an email. Got to 8pm at night and I had nowhere to stay.
