+1. There was no WiFi for the first two days. 2. Hotel is located in the market place i.e very crowded area. 3. Value for money unexceptable compare to other hotels that are in a friendly environment.
−1. Entrance is crowded 2. No comfortable reception area. 3. Value for money to compare outside is not reasonable. Need to think repricing.

+The staff is very nice and very eager to help with whatever is necessary. They arranged us a breakfast in a box early on our last day so we could take it for the safari trip.
−Not an issue with the hotel itself but it is very noisy in the area around - not only traffic but also party and clubs at night - and sound isolation is almost non existent. Although a decent enough place to get some rest and good food in Arusha, it is quite expensive for what it is

“Gute Lage, wenig Annehmlichkeiten”

“Amazing customer service - thank you Khalfan!”
+The staff were amazing, particularly Khalfan, who went above and beyond, to return a left item to me. Thank you so much Khalfan! The location was perfect for an early bus, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food was delicious. I will definitely return when I am next in Arusha!
−There was a little bit of street noise but it’s not too bad and offset by being in such. Great location.
