+Very clean. Nice bedroom, but rather dated bathroom which was perfectly functional and clean, though tired looking. Fine for our one night stay.

+Spotlessly clean and with friendly service. The fittings are starting to show their age but still work as they should. What do you want at this price? Good value for an overnighter in what is a working town.

+Lovely large suite. Very tidy grounds. Just needs a liitle bit of DIY updating to make it perfect. Would stay again at a heart beat and recommend to others.

“Family and kid friendly.”
+The place was big enough for a family of 5 adults and a child. They have playground and trampoline that my daughter enjoyed. Although the structure is old, still a 5 star for cleanliness.

+Quiet location. Everything was good except the shower! The water pressure was so poor it felt like trying to wash under a trickling pipe coming out of the wall! Water temperature was fine, just not enough pressure to get a decent wash.
