“Cheap place to stay for not fussy budget travellers.”
+Excellent location right in town (but far from the bus station). ATM and 7 eleven right across the street. Cheap and old rooms but the bed was clean. Soap, shampoo and towel supplied, but no toilet paper. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good WiFi. Yes, you got to go up to the 2nd floor to check in, then back down to the first floor for the rooms, but afterwards there is a shortcut right from the first floor. If you need a DS, then anywhere right outside the door is fine, and you can sort of sit there.
−Deluxe room it said....but the room was as basic as they come. Attached bathroom yes, but no water in the shower. You'll have to do with a bucket wash. The Aircon is so old that it barely gets a little cold. It kinda got there on my 2nd night. The bed was clean, but nothing else was. Sticky shelves and even the bucket and scoop was slimy.

“NOT AS EXPECTED.”
+The view OUTSIDE the hotel.
−The facilities were really dirty, the COMFORT ROOM especially. And through the booking, they let a new emplyee handle us WITHOUT SUPERVISION, mind you, and it created a misunderstanding between the customer (us) and the staff.

“Uncomfortable, very hot.”
+Staffs are friendly
−The room is too hot, they should fix the aircon as it is not cooling, considering the weather is very hot.
